A chrome glide bar enables a full 90-degree tilt, and a user-friendly knob controls three airflow speeds. Maintenance is simple with a detachable grill that provides easy access to the blades. Turboforce is quieter and blows more air at you at a distance while vornado sacrifices that air to that wider cone effect but you might start feeling a bit cooler even with it not facing you since it’s doing it’s job to cool the room. Vornado does have an easier and smoother control and 180 angle steel bar adjusted to angle it up while turboforce does have a flimsier plastic to turn up as well. But in my honest opinion it’s all just down to price at the end of the day. And Honeywell without a doubt gives you great cooling for its low price making it such a huge hurdle for this vornado to overcome. I will replace my turboforce since this fan is technically better but do not be a stranger to turboforce when making your decision as that unit has helped me a lot during that brutal CA summer heatwave this year.

I bought this for a smaller room (after buying the larger one for main bedroom). These fans dont disappoint and circulate the air really well. They arent silent, but I have no issue with the bit of noise they make. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great product at this price point.

Great little fan to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. Fan is very powerful, its nice and compact, well built with multiple speed options. Great circulation and good for small room. I bought this fan from The Good Guys Bayswater. Staff at Good Guys was friendly, helpful and was able price match, which help me save more money. Very happy with my purchase.

Wonderful unit that is quiet, and really moves some air!Small footprint, but big air circulation keeps the room from getting stale.Nice design, and good quality plastic makes it feel sturdy.Little bit pricey, but if you're sick of buying a cheap fan every year when the motor burns out from long hours, this may be the perfect solution. So far, the low setting seems to move more air than medium on most of the cheap units.Low setting is perfect for most use cases, but if you need the high setting, it can get noisy.Overall, this fan is wonderful. (I went back and bought a second one!)
Love our newest small Vornado. Bought a new one after having our original Vornado for 5-6 years. The only reason we had to replace the old one was that hubby accidentally tripped onto it. This version is smaller then the original but still disperses air around the room with no problem. Even with the size, we thought to get the medium, but turns out we didn't need to. A much better fit. Perfect size for our room!
The power is ok. It's not as good as i expected based on other reviews - doesn't really circulate beyond where you point it. Importantly, it's also pretty poor quality. The lever you use to change the power fell off and I barely use it. this is dangerous and makes it too hard to use the fan because it's hard to turn it off if the lever breaks off.

At first glance, one would think that it is like most other fans of this size, specifically, just lightweight pieces of plastic that are made as cheaply as possible. Not so with this fan. It has enough heft to it that it won't sit on a table or the floor and vibrate and rattle from being out of balance. Also, it puts out a good stream of air at all settings, despite its compact size. And at the low setting, it is very quiet. It's so quiet, in fact, that even with it sitting on the floor directly next to my chair and running while I'm watching t.v., I'm still able to hear without turning the volume up. This appears to be a very well thought out and constructed fan that should easily last many years.
Compact, highly efficient sir movement and cooling in my full on traditional Xmas roast cooking kitchen . This little guy is worth every penny. Much better,even air movement and circulation than a fan. It maximises comfort in hot humid weather, and no remote control to get lost or get flat batteries. Yay!
This fan is less noisy, moves way more air, and is built more solidly than any small tabletop fan you can buy at any big box store. The metal slide bar that allows you to tilt the fan up and down is solid but very sensitive and has trouble holding the desired position. Would’ve given 5 stars if not for that one inconvenience. Overall great and would recommend.
I have had this fan in my bathroom for over a year. I use it daily as I do my hair and makeup. This fan is small but mighty. I just purchased another one for my desk area at work and have 3 other Vornado fans to circulate air in my bedroom, son's room and family room. My friends ask all the time about them because they move so much air! Saves on my A/C bill. Will never buy another brand of fan!
