Hi these dont seem to work I did write to Target but have not had a response even if I heat them up for half an hour they dont really warm up and only crimp a little bit of hair before giving up? Would love to know how I can get a refund? These seem to be faulty. Thank you. Estelle

Bought this to crimp my hair for an 80s theme night - it heated up quickly and was easy to use - loved the result - would highly recommend!
Gift for 13yo girl with very long thick hair. Worked very well and she loves the result. Added hairspray after crimping and the crimp lasted for a few days. A larger crimper would have made the job quicker, but the size of this one makes storage easy and portable to take on holidays/sleep over.
