I bought the Total Style mainly for the crimper attachment,and one crimper part wasn’t attached. There were no details how to put it back,no matter how I tried I couldn’t do it. On the direction it just said the straightener/crimper can adjust to whichever style you want without changing plates. I feel it would be too difficult for ‘tween’ relative.

So disappointed, does not work. Bought for daughters dance concert and had several mothers try but just didn't get hot enough to curl.

Was disappointed, I found that the straightener wasn’t hot enough, I have thick hair, not what I expected the finished product look like.
i got this for christmas and was initially so excited but i’ve found out that it just doesn’t do the job. I have quite long thick hair and it’s naturally wavy so i wanted to be able to straighten it easily. This straightener just doesn’t get hot enough.
I have long hair and my natural hair is wavy itself but this is not strong enough to even give my hair a little curl. it doesn't get hot enough. perhaps it's good for people with medium length and low volume hair. I returned it to the store
