Amazing clean and easy to use, carpets now feel brand new. Pays itself off after a few uses. The included chemicals are only sample packs and finish quite quickly. Would recommend buying a full size bottle with your purchase. You will need 2 bottles for a standard double storey house.

Finish cleaning the heavily soiled carpet where the tribe has walked a line over the past 6 years and not expecting too much, but it has come up like new. The carpet is a very expensive carpet with a 25 year guarantee but still did not expect the results to be so good. Even the carpet mats we have under our feet when sitting in the lounge seats came up like new. All the pile was flattened, but is now standing proud again. Very efficient, the attachment to do vinyl floors enables me to clean all areas. Brings vinyl looking like brand new. Carpet comes up beautiful. Please note, I had to purchase vinyl floor attachment from bissel separately.
Tried for first time today, buy a full size bottle of cleaning solution, the sample size is not enough. I used half a full bottle to do 4 standard size bedrooms.Carpets (nylon twist pile) were new when we moved in, eight years of general use with kids and pets. No bad stains.Cleaned lovely, lifted pile and smells freshTime taken to do 4 rooms on max clean 1hr. Clean machine 20min.Highly recommend.

Couldn't rent a machine and couldn't get carpets washed in lockdown. Purchased this version for the storage tray, pet hair brush, and 3 year warranty . Deep Cleaned a couple of rooms and couldn't believe how much dirt had collected in a year. Smells cleaner, looks better. Buy a bottle or two of the formula as deep clean mode uses a lot of water. Room dried in 4 hours with a dehumidifier running. Runs noisy, might want to grab ear protection if you or someone in household is sensitive to loud noise. Always put the machine on storage tray when done washing, it drips (the brushes are wet)
I did alot of research trying to pick which bissell machine would be the best for my family of 5 with a inside dog. This was a upgrade from my 10 yr old bissell machine and what a uograde! Works great even on my flat twist pile carpet. Great attachments for every use and easy to use. Really gets the dirt out and carpet was dry before the kids got home from school. You cant beat bissell machines for carpet cleaning, i find it works better then hire ones or professional cleaners I've had. You wont regret this purchase.
