Wahoo Elemnt Bolt GPS V2 Bike Computer Bundle

Absolutely no regrets purchasing this! The GPS works a treat. Getting started with it is so so easy - the phone app is very intuitive . I love how I can send or receive data between apps like RideWithGPS. For someone who wears glasses the zoom function is excellent. Never thought I'd appreciate the LEDs and how all that works - again it didn't need explanation. Construction is excellent and the new buttons are so easy to operate even with winter gloves. Screen is clear and easy to read no matter the light conditions. What more can I say??? It's brilliant! Totally recommended :-)

Elemnt bolt v2

Perfect size if you’re after a performance device rather than a large screen GPS. Easy toggling zoom in and out. LED quick glance. Fantastic battery life. Works well with Garmin varia. the only disappointment is with the sound notifications. Haven’t heard sounds from an electronic device like that since the 1980’s.

Good upgrade

Pleased with the new Bolt as an upgrade over the first version. The screen is a bit bigger and the contrast and colours aid visibility, which is useful with my ageing eyesight.The old Bolt still works fine and has given me no problems in the 3 years I’ve had it.Price for the bundle was good and standard delivery turned up very quickly.Overall, very happy.

Great upgrade

Finally upgraded from the version 1 Bolt, ELEMNT to the V2. GovVelo had a great price, Wahoo released the Summit feature, and the computer shipped and arrived 3 days later. Voila! Love the new computer and the new summit feature. Just love Wahoo and Bolt - it always works, and the phone app interface is so easy.

My dislikes about the Element Bolt are:1-The lack of voice guidance, to me it's a distraction when I've to look to the screen to see the next street.2-The guiding line, which is black and a bit confusing, I which we could change the colour or if it could be red or blue.Whatever is not mentioned here, are the positive points.

No Sensors shipped

Element Bundle two times, sensor bundle was not in the factory box! I had to go to my local REI store to get it. What a pain! Cannot Wahoo packaging get it correct?

Off And Riding!

My first venture into the world of bike computing. The set was perfect. Got me started and has worked almost perfectly for a year. The occasional glitches are easy to remedy.and due to wifi.

Tracking Key Ride Metrics Made Easy

I bought the Wahoo Element Bolt to track speed, distance, climbing (vertical ascent in meters or VAM) and other important statistics for fun and training purposes. It does what it's intended to do.The Cadence Sensor fell off my crank arm after it was attached by the sticky adhesive and had to be replaced due to no fault of my own (i.e use the zip ties and don't trust the stickem method). The Cadence Sensor is also very temperamental and drops out often. The speedometer works great with no problems. I love the Heart Rate Monitor and feel it's a great way to monitor the workload my body is sustaining.The digital readout on the head unit is small for my 50+ yr. old eye's but works. If this is an issue for you, buy the unit with larger graphics. Wahoo Elemnt Bolt

The new Bolt V2 was a great up grade from my old bolt. I was hesitant at first but my son bought one and I loved the screen, it really stands out. Did my first MTB ride today. With not much time to check my stats on a fast MTB ride the bright screen really stands out and no glare. No regrets. GovVelo had it on sale plus I'm a Vet. made the decision easy.
