So im gonna be one of the first few to mention this one quite frustrating problem with these hex wrenches. These hex wrenches will basically not be useable for any bolts that are snuggly fitted deep within a hole due to the handle being too thick to go into the hole itself. For example with mechanical disk brakes they arent able to adjust the pads. Other than that these hex wrenches are of great quality and probably one of the best ones ive owned.

Freakin incredible hex wrenches. Cannot recommend these enough. They are so dirt cheap compared to cycling specific brands and are of the highest, German quality. I have used Park tools, topeak, birzman and many more but nothing even comes close. The difference from Park tool to these is the same as the difference from crappy ones you get for free with furniture to the Park/topeak ones. Easier to maneouvere than T handles too.The Hex plus thing really works!!! Check out youtube, theres a dude who agrees.Always happy to show these off to my mates

I've used Wera tools before and found them to be good, but the first key i used in this set broke on it's first use, in a grub screw in a deep hole! Just the tip broke so the screw was not removeable other than by drilling out, for which I needed a carbide tool as the key is very hard. Too hard in my view, if it had been let down a bit, it would have failed by twisting, a much more user friendly way of failing I think.

I like the length of the hex keys, they’re longer so you can get a better grip and torque. The grips are a little on the smooth side so your hand could possible slip if they are sweaty or greasy. The holder is nice but a little stiff for taking removing and replacing the keys. It might get better with more use. I do like the bigger numbers to see the size of key, really helps for my old eyes lol.
Super high end hex wrench set. I especially like how the smallest wrenches are made with a thicker shaft and then machined down to the needed size at the tool head. So for example a 2mm wrench is not made just from a flimsy 2mm thick piece of hex shaped steel bent into an L shape like every other set you buy. These ones are more like 4mm thick the whole way and then just the end is machined down. So it’s not twisting under torque when you use it. The ball ends are really nice for use on an angle too. For the price it’s way way better than any of the other sets that might be the same price or a bit cheaper. Just get these, you’ll love them, because Germany.

I bought these to replace a cheaper set that I had at work. The colour coding means it’s easier to put your hands on the right size first time, as long as you know which colour means which size. The ball end joint is good as well and doesn’t seem to slip as much as other brands I’ve tried.
There are Allen keys and then there are Wera hex keys. Don’t go using cheap tools that round-off as soon as a modicum of torque is applied, do what we all already know - you get what you pay for.These are very strong keys that have shaped ends that apply maximum torque at the edges of the socket head fasteners and so they do not wear or round off.I used Wera keys when I worked in industry and never had any problems with them so go on, treat yourself and buy some tools that will work perfectly for many, many years
I've always used cheap hex keys when maintaining my bicycle but decided to upgrade to something better that won't keep rounding the bolts heads and these are well worth the money. They have a quality feel and the machined ends are much better than cheaper "stamped" hex keys. I also love the colour coding and clear text so you know which size is which. The only issue is the coloured coating is quite soft so easily marks if you use another tool on them
Initially bought this for my bike (needed the 5mm and 6mm mostly). But soon realized I could be using this when assembling furniture. The bright and distinct colors really make it alot easier to grab the right size the first time. The circular shape and soft handle are one-thousand times better then those little furniture hex keys you get included with most furniture. That after a few bolts feels like your cutting your hand on the sharp edges. Not anymore. Yes initially it was more expensive then other cheaper alternatives, but man am I happy with this purchase.
