Not everybody can afford the, so called, better wines. WB caters beautifully for that market with its excellent range of affordable wines. Well done WB for staying grounded and catering for those of us who don’t have bulging wallets but want to enjoy the pleasures of savouring a very satisfying wine range. I love the Shiraz.

This red is perfect to spice up your Spaghetti Bolognese. Add a cup to your bolognese you won't regret it. Great shiraz, bargain price. Brings your Bolognese to a whole new level . Plus you get to drink the rest of the bottle for dinner. YUM!! Love it!!

There must be a bad batch in certain stores as two bottles that I received were full of carbon dioxide, too acrid to drink.Make sure you check the neck seals as some will be loose from the pressure of the fermentation still happening, hence the carbon dioxide

This has been a staple brand to savour over many years. It is one of the least expensive on the market and offers superb value for money, especially when bought in a pack of six at First Choice Liquors discounted price.
Wolf Blass was a brilliant wine-maker. This, Red Label Cabernet Sauvignon, is one of the low budget options from a Barossa Valley (South Australia) winery famous for award-winning wines. Although, without doubt, there are better CS by both Wolf Blass & others, I defy anyone to find a better one at the lower end of the price range. Even at its recommended price it is a superb bargain but as a First Choice special it definitely cannot be beaten.I am no wine connoisseur but I've experienced many more much costlier examples that, for me, can't better this one.A great buy. Try some ...
This is one of the worst tasting wine. I have tried and enjoyed many varieties of Wolf Blass Red Label. Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is very disappointing and hard to drink. I have to throw it away.
My Husband loves this wine and such a great price ! He has been drinking this for years . Nice taste , smooth , Winter or Summer drink . Enjoy !!
This isn't the best Shiraz you will ever quaff, but for the price - and it is often on special - it's not too bad. There are certainly worse bottles of Shiraz around for the same price or more. And the quality design of the label is a plus. Anyone who would give it a mere one star must have very different taste buds to mine! Other reviewers seem to average around 4 stars, and I agree.
I am not a huge lover of red wine, but I am impressed by this one. It's very smooth; no sharp aftertaste like a lot of red wines. A good but not overpowering flavour. Very, very palatable. The lowish price belies its quality. This wine is my choice from now on.
I have bought at least 10 bottles of Wolf Blass Shiraz Cabernet off 4 different well known supermarkets recently and each one is showing this wine to be 14% alcohol. This is incorrect. In every case the back of the bottle showed 13.5%. Who is conning who? Wolf Blass (to the supermarkets) or the supermarkets to us!
