2nd Energy Bra for me
30 October 2024Aubrey

I am a 34DD in the high support energy and other brands. This is my second energy medium support bra, the other one I have is a white longline. I feel like my new one is more comfortable (dramatic magenta) in the band and softer throughout the rest of the bra. It fits really nice with what I would call light support. For me its perfect for pilates or yoga classes because of the material. I live in the Like a Cloud bras normally but they just get way too hot during heated classes for me. I love this color so much and I wish it was available in more items. I know we had like a big run of it last year but I missed all of it because it wasn't in my local stores.

BEST bra but inconsistent sizing!

This sports bra is one of my favs! Purchased 4 of same size/style years ago and was pleased to see the exact style is still available. However, it’s shocking how inconsistent the sizing is, between same bra style/size in different colors! White is visibly smaller than the black. You can’t trust ordering online. I had to go in store and try on different colors of SAME SIZE to find a fit. It’s just crazy. Store employees cited they’ve noticed the same issue on a wide scale and seems to depend on where they’re manufactured. Lulu- you gotta fix this issue! I will no longer shop online at your store due to the unpredictability of sizing.

This is the second bra I have had in this line. The first was way too small and left painful red marks on my shoulders. This review relates to the second one, which was a size 8 and one size up from the first.Washed and then dried by stretching it over a dining chair back as it appeared too small. For reference, I am 5' 8" and weigh 128 pounds. Wore it for three hours and developed an aching sensation all around my shoulders and chest. I ended up removing it a few hours later and noticed red "trench marks" on my shoulders. It could be because I have a long torso and this style is made for women with a shorter distance between under-bust and upper shoulders. Pretty colour (pink).

Great bra…however

Great...with only one flaw
25 October 2024

I'm a 38C and bought the Long Line and Regular cut for yoga specifically. I'm 5'4",160lbs and impressed that this bra fits even without the ability to adjust the straps. The straps stay put -- they don't slide down my shoulders and the bra doesn't ride up, even during power class. The material is very soft yet breathable. I wear it with the cups and under a tank top and the cups don't show. The sides are cut higher under the armpit for coverage and support. Decent cleavage coverage. It's a very comfortable bra and my boobs don't bounce around. Only one complaint: the neckline buckles across my chest so it doesn't lay nice and flat all the time like my other bras and tanks do. Perhaps this means this bra style is just a wee too big for me.

Like it but don't love it.

I wear sports bras daily (I'm a stay at home mom) and decided to buy better quality ones than I typically do, so I'm a first time order here. For reference: I am 33, 5'1" and 113 pounds. I'm naturally petite and a part of the itty bitty comittee. When I took the fit quiz, it told me I was an 8 (I probably answered questions wrong as I never wear "normal" bras). I was lucky enough to have a friend let me try on her size 4 (too small) and 8 (too big). I ordered a size 6 based on that and I am SO glad I did. This bra fits me tight but not too tight. Great for when I go on walks/jogs. Overall I like the feel of the material, it seems good quality. The pattern/color is true to photo. My con with this bra is the straps and how they're attached to the bra at the back. ... MoreI wear sports bras daily (I'm a stay at home mom) and decided to buy better quality ones than I typically do, so I'm a first time order here. My con with this bra is the straps and how they're attached to the bra at the back. Instead of stopping at the top edge of the back or going down the back of it the whole way on the outside, they are down the whole way inside of the bra. Throughout the day (especially if I'm more sweaty) these pieces of straps start to dig/rub into my skin, making it uncomfortable. Maybe this would be solved with a size 8? I'm unsure, but I like the firm fit of this so I don't think I would want to go up a size. Overall I will give this a 3.5 star out of 5.

Lulu. Please make better sizing!
7 June 2024

Decent bra, Id give it 3.5 stars. The straps stretch out I find after a few months of wear and no longer stay very supportive. As someone with D boobs, I find lulu almost impossible to shop at. It IS possible to be athletic and curvy. Tiny all over? Def not everyone’s reality. Please Im begging you to make better more supportive sports bras for big boobed baddies that are actually nice. And yes, I have the cloud bra. We also will wear rompers if we could fit our tatas in them. Do better lulu!

Not as good quality as usual
21 April 2024

I literally only wear these sports bras- to work all day and to workout. Have worn them for probably around 10 years. Recently bought a new one to run the Boston Marathon. Wore it once and after I washed it once the stitching is already coming undone in multiple places. Super disappointed about the quality of this sports bra it was always the one I could rely on to last many miles and many long work days. Hope the quality can improve in the future otherwise not worth it at all for just one wear!

Poor Quality
17 July 2024

The quality of this is straight up bad. This feels like a cheap sports bra that I’d get from Target or even Walmart. The quality of Lulu products has gone down significantly in the past couple of years. I have an energy longline bra from years ago that feels obviously different and better in quality. It’s no wonder this product is final sale, because otherwise I’d return it. Please do better Lulu. I’ve bought your products for years but at this point none of them seem to be quality anymore.

Stop changing a good thing!
27 October 2024

I’ve worn the Energy Bras for almost 2 decades as a trainer. These have been my staple for everyday wear. Until the last few months - these are not the same. Scratchy/rough fabric that is much different & the fit in the cleavage area is loose, not smooth and fitted like ones I purchased a few months back. I sent 2 back, thinking it may be a production flaw. Reordered 2 - I’m returning these & looking for an alternative now. The quality and style of Lululemon’s gear has declined severely.
