It is very easy to use- I have it on cereal and I like the idea that it is made from sunflowers rather than soy.
I love the product. It's all natural and can easily be sprinkled on food and in smoothies. It also improves brain function which is helpful when you are in your 60's. If the product was made in Australia I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4.
Says it's natural.Smells disgusting like plastic.Total waste of money.I threw it away.
