Good value but not totally free range. I can't fault the quality or price of the Woolworths XL Free Range Eggs, as they are always tasty and reasonably priced. However, "free range", in this case means "10. 000 hens per hectare" (one square metre per hen) and it's not clear if they get any opportunity to go outside (as this isn't mandatory for free range). I prefer to pay a bit more and get eggs that do meet the higher standards of hens having more space and the opportunity to go outside.

Top quality eggs. If you're looking for fresh and tasty eggs, look no further than Woolies 12 Extra Large Free Range Eggs 700g. These eggs come from happy hens that roam freely on green pastures, producing eggs that are rich in flavor and nutrients. Whether you scramble them, boil them, or bake with them, these eggs will make your dishes more delicious and satisfying. Plus, they're extra large, so you get more egg for your money. Don't settle for less than the best. These are the best value for money.

Eggs ! These eggs were easy to find in the egg section at my WW. Extra large and free range is a plus ! There are cheaper barn laid eggs but for a few $ more free range is nice ! It’s is nice to know that the chooks can range free! I have bought cage eggs and free range. The eggs are quite similar. It is just about how much you can afford. If you can pay a bit more for free range these eggs are for you. If not there are cheaper caged chicken eggs. These eggs were a great quality ! No brocken shells. The eggs had a great yellow yolk and were super fresh ! I used some of mine for boiled eggs. Great boiled and sliced for lunch sandwiches ! The rest I will use to add to perhaps a cake or maybe Fry up for breakfast. They have a great use by date so last well in the ... MoreEggs ! These eggs were easy to find in the egg section at my WW. Eggcellent. Have been buying these for some time. Fairly priced compared to other free range brands. They seem to be very popular. Many times I’ve gone to purchase these are level are very low. Can’t beat a fried egg (made with these). The balance I’ll be using to make some zucchini fritters.

Prefer Coles... We eat a lot of eggs, and normally purchase 800g Coles brand free range eggs. There wasn't any eggs available at our local Coles, so we bought these instead. I don't rate the "free range" aspect of supermarket brand eggs highly, as they do the very least, and keep the maximum amount of chickens possible to maintain their free range certification. Hopefully they are slightly better than the cage/barn alternative. It's a balance between cost and the chickens happiness for us. If woolies had 800g eggs available I'd buy them, but for now I'll keep buying my eggs from Coles.

Eggs are eggs. I normally buy the cheapest eggs that Woolies offers, and I honestly couldn't see any difference between those and the free range. At $5. 20 for 12 eggs, they are exceptionally well priced though when the Just 4 You caged eggs are $4. 50. If there had been a huge difference in quality then I would be swayed to buy these over the usual, but there wasn't as far as I could tell.

Free range freshness. We use a lot of eggs in our family and these eggs are good value for money. Our favourite breakfast consists of 5 eggs and one cup of cream whisked together. With a good handful of diced, cooked bacon and a cup of grated cheese placed in a square cake tin, covered in egg mixture and baked for 30 mins in a 180 degree oven. Delicious quiche.

Has to be free range. This was not a sample but is a staple in our house and a regular on the shopping list. I only buy something else if for some reason there is no stock which doesn't happen often. I find the 700g the perfect size and the quality is consistently good - no complaints. I have noticed the odd cracked one but I always lift the lid to check before I pop them in my trolley so no worries there!

Only Eggs I Buy. The Woolworths 12 Extra Large Free Range Eggs 700g are always my first go to for eggs. I only buy free range eggs and these are a perfect balance of ethics and price. Always yummy, they’re easy to find in store and can be used for so many things. I just baked some chocolate mousse and banana cupcakes and both turned out great!

Great Eggs. These are a regular purchase in our house so I was very excited to receive these as a sample. We purchase these all the time. The eggs are always fresh and last a few weeks in our house. Priced at a good level even though they have increased in price over the last few months. We will continue to purchase these.
