I had to cut the straw to fit the 25 ounce Yonder bottle. To do this, trim a tiny bit, place the straw firmly into the lid and see if it fits inside the bottle. Trim more if needed. The lid closure is helpful for a quick sip or driving. Water does stay inside the lip portion of lid when you drink, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. I just wipe it with a paper towel. I do not recommend using this lid in a bag or purser because the movement can cause it to come open. I recommend the Chug lid for carrying inside a bag/purse.

I bought this as an option to add on to my 1L water bottle purchase. It has a convenient pop-up straw, and is completely leak proof when closed. The handle is the exact right placement for carrying the bottle around. Love it!

It’s excellent quality and very easy to clean. I got it for my child that is in kinder and he enjoys the Yeti bottle and this easy straw cap. It doesn’t leak when you flip the spout before sipping.

I was expecting this straw top lid to work as well as the ones that fit on the traditional metal bottles. It does not. Not only does it leak if it is not standing upright but it is also very difficult to drink out of. I’ve tried removing and replacing the straw for a better seal but nothing seems to work and you have to use a lot of force to get just a small amount of water up through the straw.

To tell the truth, I purchased this extra Bottle Straw Cap so I could switch out caps on my other different sized water bottles from time to time and have the convenience and ease of that type of cap. I did not know that it only fit the 18 oz. water bottle.
I decided to go with the official Yeti straw cap because I figured it was going to be better than some cheap knockoff on Amazon and I was wrong. It came with two straws and they're both too long and you can't get the lid on and closed with the straw attached. I tried reaching out to support and got a vague response that all caps fit on all bottles. I followed up to clarify and got no response. Disappointed.
Includes 2 straws to be cut to size depending on the bottle size, I appreciated that! The cap is not leakproof, but I swap between this and the Chug Cap depending what I need for my daily activities. Overall happy with my purchase.
Reviews had me concerned but after testing it out for myself I'd say worth it!!The straw fits the 1l exactly, smaller bottles will need to be cut. Dumping the bottle upside down to test the leek proof it passes...I enjoy this lid more than the one it came with and it's great for a sip and drive
I like using the straw lid instead of the one mine came with. My only issue is I wish the straws had markings on them where to cut or you could just buy the one with the right size straw.
