TLDR: 10/10 recommendI’m going to preface this by saying I’m a recovering addict with 3+ years of sobriety. With that being said, there is a small list of non-narcotic anti-anxiety medication. All of which didn’t work for me. Hydroxyzine is literally Benadryl. Gabapentin you’re physically dependent on it and it feels like you’re coming off benzos when missing a dose or tapering off. I have been curious about Ashwagandha for months and months now. I have done a lot of research on it surrounding stress and hormonal imbalance because that's something I've been struggling with for the last year or so. Not everything is better but I can see and feel a clear positive change in myself. I would recommend this to anyone having thyroid issues but to consult your doctor first due to one of the two hypo or hyper (I don't remember) having a potentially negative reaction to this. It's done wonders for me in a little over a week's time and I will definitely be purchasing this once I'm through this bottle. I will update if anything changes for better or worse!

I have tried many of these products and have discovered Youtheory quality ingredients to be equal or better than more expensive brands. Capsule size, smell and taste are no different than other brands. since starting on these my mood, stress and sleep have all benefited. not being a doctor, thyroid issues haven't arisen following this ayurvedic or Indian adaptogen substance.

This started helping me immediately. I decided to try this after doing some research. I was excited to see Sam's carried it. I wanted something to help with sleep, mood, and inflammation. Doctors have been no help and only want to push expensive drugs they have no working knowledge of, bypassing the drugs and supplements that are inexpensive. This truly has been a game changer for me. I sleep better, my mood has improved, and my inflammation has decreased. Win!!
Literally a lifesaver. I was getting crazy anxiety after covid. Every day I would wake up and feel a pit in my stomach as if I was going to make a speech in front of 10,000 ppl. I have chronic adrenal burnout, and have always sought to boost my hormone levels. I take an adrenal glandular, which definitely helps, and I was taking DHEA for about 2 years, but it ended up making my estrogen too high (even while also taking DIM), with the resulting prostate issue and male breast tissue. So I had to stop the DHEA, and have been looking for a natural testosterone booster.
