I bought this product a few days ago because of the price and the features on the box. When I took it on its maiden voyage it wouldn't even fly 3 meters without losing power. I took it inside and charged it before returning to the park and even then the drone would just lean to the left and lose power before crashing to the ground. The controls are garbage and will sometimes be unresponsive, contributing to it crashing into obstacles and yourself. I got cut on the leg because of this piece of garbage. This thing is not worth any price because of its poor quality. Don't expect this to be a pro drone because as far as I'm concerned this piece of plastic and wires is as good as a piece of paper. If you want a drone, please save your time and get a more expensive ... MoreI bought this product a few days ago because of the price and the features on the box. Bought this drone during Christmas sale, its cheap and dont expect too much from it and you will be fine. A little bit of wind will blow the drone away, and low battery will make it land instantly so beware as it will land in water/roof/trees. Difficult to get it to sync and start flying every time, had a few drops but it is still working. Camera is decent but hit and miss as hard to get what you want recorded as no wifi viewing and you would not know if it is recording or not.

I bought a pulse drone for my 12yo Christmas. It didn’t last long before a motor failed. A new motor (even with the discount code) cost about half of the cost of the complete drone, required extensive dismantling and a soldering job to fit.The next failure was a rotor bearing failure (on a different rotor to the motor failure). No replacement part was available- the drone was completely unserviceable. The warranty required shipping the drone back and forth at my expense and is essentially valueless- it was faster and not much more costly to just buy a second drone

Bought the drone today, test it straight-away. Initially I had problem turnning on the remote controller while waiting for the drone's battery to be fully charged. After more than one hour's fiddling the remote control suddenly start working as per manual ( rotate the right arm to switch on ).The drone has take-off and landing button, a lot more stable than the smaller drones I previously owned. using lowest speed , it is easy to handle.7 mins run-time is considered limited but good enough for beginners, also reasonable for its price range.
Pros: Easy to use the one button take-off and landing is easy and works well. The 360 flip works fine and is a cool feature to show people. Charges quickly and can take a crash. different speed modes helps when flying in wind.Cons: very light meaning it doesn't do the best in wind. Only an average 7-10 min flight time. When the battery is low the drone tends to spin in circles. The controller is a bit awkward to use.
Pros: it is great price, nice features like 360 flip and speed levels, alright camera for the price.Cons: short battery life only 5-10 mins, bad build quality haven’t broken mine but will likely only last a month or two, a slight breeze will push it off course so I’d recommend middle or even high speed setting as low isn’t enough, return function just doesn’t work.Summary: it’s great for a weekends fun with the family and get som ok pics but don’t expect it to last too long and go on a calm day.
Reading the reviews left on this page gave me great doubt about my purchase, but surprisingly this drone is great for the price. It’s a lot easily to fly than drones twice the price of this one. I would suggest buying a few spare batteries and reading the manual multiple times to understand how to fly the drone. Lots of the complaints made are due to user error so I suggest doing your first flight in an open field with the manual close by and test all the features it includes. It’s a great drone, yes it does have some flaws but we all do, don’t we. It’s does have some drift, but if you look in the manual there’s a pitch function that always you to fix the drift.
This is a great drone if you have no real expectations and you're just playing around. This has been a lot of fun for our family. We are novices to drones, so picked the least expensive option. We've taken it out 3 times, generally a series of roughly 30 second flights, with the kids running to capture it again. The one-touch take-off and land is a nice feature, though landing can sometimes take a little longer than we expect, so we have made good use of the 'emergency' button to cut it off mid-flight before it flies into a tree. It doesn't really want to go too high or above the tree line, and can get away from us quickly when the wind is blowing even a little. When you use the 'home' button, you can tell it's really trying! It might slow down or start coming back ... MoreThis is a great drone if you have no real expectations and you're just playing around. This has been a lot of fun for our family. It might slow down or start coming back to you, but it really can't go against the wind at all. The camera is decent and has gotten some great sunset shots for us. With the extra battery, it provides a good 30 minutes of family fun, practicing taking off, trying to get it to actually land, and then retrieving it.
Enjoying flying now, although the first time I got it I was unable to link the drone to the controller. Took it back and replaced it. No problem now, although I do recommend finding a park or open space for practice. The wind will easily blow you off course and it's easy to end up in a tree or roof.Video quality is not great, but does the job, although doesn't always seem to successfully record your flight with the camera. Recommend purchasing an extra battery, and worth the price if you get one that isn't faulty. Enjoyable flying now.
Bought this drone a few weeks ago when it was on offer at half price. At full price I don't think this drone is worth the money but at half price it's worth a purchase. In the instructions it says to start off using the drone at it's default setting of low speed but I would actually suggest at least using the next speed up if not the highest one from the get go as the drone is so light that anything stronger than a light breeze sees it being blown completely off course without enough power in the rotors to counteract the breeze/wind. Trying to trim in the rotors to get it to hover correctly without constant micro adjustments to direction is also very tricky but at this price range I guess that is to be expected. Trying to trim in the rotors to get it to hover correctly without constant micro adjustments to direction is also very tricky but at this price range I guess that is to be expected. For it's price it does have some nifty little featutres such as the one touch take off and landing, the ability to flip, headless mode, and one touch photo and video controls although the camera has no stabilisation and has to be set at the angle you want before take off. There is also a button that is supposed to make the drone return to you if it's going off course however it does not seem to work very well at all. As the drone has no GPS I can only imagine it uses the controller signal itself as a means of trying to return to you and it is NOT very acurate at all. The drone does also come with a full set of replacement rotors and a set of rotor protectors. I had already had to replace one rotor on mine as my son crashed it into a wall but it was pretty easy job to replace with the little screwdriver provided. All in all it's a good little beginner drone to get used to flying but it REALLY requires a calm day with almost no breeze to get the full potential out of it.
