Love this bed. Beautiful and solid as a rock. The shelf eliminates the need for bed side tables which is great in a small room, or for anyone who likes a sleek, minimalist bedroom. The shelf holds our smart speaker, and we charge our phones and earbuds on it too. Good value for the money. Highly recommend.

Good Bed for Price

I’ve had this bed frame for 2 years. The USB ports broke within 3 months. I like the shelf aspect on the headboard and it’s been a quality bed overall. It has started to freak getting in and out now though. I would recommend this frame. For the delivery, the headboard came cracked and experienced the worst customer service trying to get a replacement. After 2 weeks of calls, they approved a new frame to be sent out and required us to ship back the broken frame in a ripped small box. I would have submitted request for warranty for the USB, but Zinus’ customer service is the worst I have ever experience that it is not worth the hassle.

Product is different than picture

The frame is nice, it's heavy and has solid construction. However the headboard is not what is pictured here, it's more like the one without the USB port; a slotted darker wood. So if you want to step up for this one bc you prefer this style over the cheaper Suzanne Metal Frame, you'll be sorely disappointed. Talked to customer service and they were no help after a week of communication.

Suzanne Platform Bed

We just received and assembled the king sized platform bed (Zinus Suzanne Metal & Wood). It arrived in excellent condition, it was extremely well-packed for shipment, and the instructions were very clear. The design, construction, and finish is better than expected. By having the one sized type Allen hex key screws, and an included ratchet wrench for those, it made it very easy to assemble. The fit of components is excellent. We are very pleased with the bed and would highly recommend this product.

The best bed I’ve ever had.

First off, I never write reviews. But I just had to for this bed frame! I got this bed for my birthday and my expectations have been exceeded. I live by myself and put this frame together all by myself, in less than an hour and a half. It’s stylish, cute, and I think the USB thing is super helpful. It doesn’t make any squeaking noises which I think you usually find with these types of beds. My only complaint is that fedex delivered it on the bottom floor of my apartment complex, and I live on the top floor, and it was really heavy so I had to get help carrying it up the stairs, but obviously Zinus can’t do anything about that. I seriously could not be happier with this frame!!

It is exactly as it is described. Relatively easy to build. Very sturdy and comfortable. Have already recommended this site to a couple of people looking to buy a bed. Delivery was in the suggested time frame.
