Hence you couldn’t view the new recordings on your SD Card immediately. You need to click on an older viewed recorded videos to let the video “run” for awhile before going back to the new recorded video you actually wanted to view. I really hope that these “bugs” can be further improved to make it a even better overall product. Btw, I have taken the proper testing actions to ensure it is not the network that is causing this “phenomenon”. Overall, I’m still satisfied with is product as it meets most of my requirements and expectations of a proper Door Cam. Thank you.

order was delivered fast. packing was good. \nproduct setup is straight forward. you need to use a phone and their app in order to setup. charging the battery I used a handphone charger. it charged the battery pretty fast. I was using the USB charging port on the powerbar but charge very slowly. the battery uses a mircousb port. \n the hub as a SD card slot so you can record locally .

The specs. of the camera are great and I think it's a good looking device. I like the SD card option for saving clips. But, the primary job of this doorbell is motion detection. It's extremely slow, I generally only see clips of people pressing the doorbell, whereas my older smart doorbell captured people, animals etc. at several meters away. I've set the motion settings all on and to max but it hasn't improved. I've asked Tapo for help but it's not going anywhere.
