I was in need of a switch that could provide POE+ and had more that 8 ports, but needed to fit it under a desk. This was the perfect fit. Completely silent, with and external power brick. Provides a fair amount of POE power to the ports, with the 63W total power limit. Unless you have a managed network that this needs to integrate into, it is a perfect solution for home network. I am using to to power a group of Raspberry Pi computers with POE hats installed.
