1 Day Acuvue Moist Multifocal 90 Pack Daily Contact Lens

I bought some lenses as I'd run out of the ones I get from the optician. Unfortunately I didn't order Multifocal, I ordered ones just for distance. (My bad... I get it!) I tried to get an exchange or refund yet they wouldn't accept as I'd opened the box yet I had to to find out they were wrong. Anyways I did buy the correct ones (begrudgingly) as I needed them ASAP! So only two stars I'm afraid... Whether its 'policy' or not the customer should have been looked after here and their wishes not ignored. Better reviews are garnered that way! The second lot of lenses were fine but customer services need work. Money was spent and I can't get it back now! So not very happy about the way I was treated! Bet this gets deleted!

Very comfortable contact lenses. Good reading prescription. There always seems to be a compromise and I’d say the distance vision is compromised slightly but I’m happy with that. I’ve tried other leading brands and like these best.

Tried this brand for the first time. Usually but Total DailiesMuch cheaper than Total (33% cheaper) but found that my left eye was uncomfortable The lens kept shifting no issues with the right eye. Provided better close up focus than Total 1 but comfort issues may stop me buying more

When I first wanted to give up wearing glasses to use contacts, I did a lot of research. I mean I only need glasses for distance so it is aggravating to me to have to flip them up and down the whole time I’m wearing them. The bad thing about this kind of vision is that it is or must be completely difficult for an eye dr to get the multi focal contacts the right strength. I’ve been to five Drs so far and none of them have it right. The close up contact is so bad off that I can’t even see my phone screen or anything that I can see normally without any corrective lenses. So what I had to do is just wear one. The contact I wear is the one I need for distance and then just use my naked eye for the close up vision. It saves you such a ton of money in the long run. There is no need to buy all the necessary long term solutions for taking care of your contacts. There is no need to continue buying contact cases to store them in. It is just so much easier to just use the one a day disposable. These contacts have hydra clear plus and they are so well made that I have not ever had a tare or bad one in the four years I have been using them. I don’t wear them everyday but I am glad I have them. They have the UV blocking like all contacts but these seem to work better with my blue eyes. I'd been wearing the monthly Acuvue lenses and wanted to try dailies for the convenience. They are much more comfortable. Interestingly, they give me better up-close vision than the monthlies. The monthlies allow me to see a little better far away. I'm sure I'll get used to them as, the distance vision is improving. Though they cost more, the dailies are worth it.

This year, it was ridiculously time consuming, frustrating and fraudulent.First, the Acuvue computer platform is antiquated and systemically designed to thwart users. For example, I closed my business and deleted my business e-mail accounts in 2021. Last year I created a new Acuvue member account because I had a new e-mail. Given that my contacts now cost $950 for one year supply, I slogged thru the process of uploading a picture of the 8 boxes of lenses, a photo of the ORIGINAL receipt. AND writing a confirmation code onto the receipt AND mailing it to a PO BOX.Did I gat a $200 reward? NOPE! I MAY get a $50 Visa card.BYE BYE ACUVUE! NEVER AGAIN!And I'm selling all my shares of Johnson&Johnson.

Cheapest lens the day of ordering

Checked around on prices and this was the cheapest website at that time (multi focals are expensive!!). Ordering was quick and easy since I had my prescription from the eye doctor. Already shipped so pretty quick delivery time.I like the multifocal lenses because with aging eyes I don't have to carry around "cheaters" to see smaller print.

Does the job but frustrating to insert

My previous daily multifocals were becoming uncomfortable and optometrist said it was because my eyes were dry, so she prescribed this brand. These are much better on the comfort scale - when they are properly inserted I can't feel them at all. However, getting them in can be a struggle because they are so thin. They easily fold over onto themselves and it is a real ordeal to get them apart. Unlike regular soft contacts, you cannot tell when you have them positioned correctly for insertion, because there is no way to test them in advance by seeing which way they fold. You would think they would place them in the package in such a way that as long as you took them out carefully they would be right side out, but this is not the case. I am very disappointed. I have used you in the past successfully. I paid extra to have this order expedited and found out that they didn't leave your facility for one week and still have another week to go before I get them. They were shipped ground. I have had macula surgery and very much need the lenses. I have to drive 30 minutes to my Dr. for the second time to get extra samples.Evelyn Avery

comfortable and long lasting

I love the convenience of daily wear contacts. But I tend to have very long days and few brands are able to last for sometimes more than my 12 hour days. Acuvue moist is the exception. The can last well past that time. They are slightly bigger than other contacts I have used. It takes a few extra seconds to put them in. But those extra seconds are worth it for the comfort and convenience. Highl;y recommended.
