I use Bormioli Rocco jars for storing all kinds of food, and they are great. They have thick glass, a very air tight seal that's also easy to clean, and they look very nice on the countertop. I have some with clear lids and some with blue lids. I stored coffee grounds in one for years then quit drinking coffee. I did have to replace the rubber seal since it smelled like coffee. Other than that, there's virtually no major upkeep for these jars.

Bought a 72 oz Bormioli curved glass jar with clasp.This is the best jar to buy, and Food safe.It arrived a day earlier than the estimated time. Well protected with generous packing, insuring no breakage.This was my first order, and will not be the last.Great business to deal with.

I purchased the Italian-made 4L glass jars with flip top sealing lid and they were beyond my expectations. I received them in perfect condition as the packaging was top notch. I am currently using the jars for homemade disinfectant spray using 95% ethanol (grain alcohol) with fresh orange peel and cinnamon sticks (it smells wonderful!!!). Since it needs to steep for about 2 weeks, I needed a large jar to mix and store the ingredients.If/when I have a need for other kitchen accessories, I will be sure to order from Everything Kitchens again. Thank you for such a quality product.

I was given some of these jars as an engagement gift 35 years ago.At the time I thought they were just for preserving but soon found out how fantastic they were for food storage. I have added to my collection over the years and with a new walk in pantry I had to add to my collection - now over 50 in sizes to suit all my dry goods! I have only ever broken one jar but kept the lid and wire as a spare. They keep everything beautifully fresh and visible in the clear jars. I find the clip seals so easy to use even now I have an issue with strength in my hands and wrists. I plan to use these for many more years to come.
Love these jars especially with the blue lids. I ordered them 3 times. I have all the sizes. Tiny ones for seeds for next year or half can of tomato paste. homemade pesto and hummus or half used box of chicken stock. I layered different colored beans in a tall one. Rice, flour no mess. And they look so great on the counter in the fridge or pantry.
Purchased 6/2020 for dry goods storage in our pantry. Look great and I can see what is in each, so labels aren't really necessary. Love that I can purchase extra seals when needed. Jars also look cute for storage on the kitchen counter. Plenty of sizes; will order more now that I know which sizes work best for us!
I ordered 4 of these large sized jars. Shipped within a couple of days and received in the same week! Excellent quick service. Pke of the jars was broken and I called customer service. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. She tood me to kust send a pic of the broken jar and they would send a replacement. I received the reppacement within 1 day. Last year, the squirrels chewed through the lower wall of my small barn storage shed, eating several bags of various bird seed, even getting through the 1 gal plastic washed out bio-detergent containers. These were very handy as they could be lifted to pour, but this positive became instantly moot when the contents could be so quickly emptied. The shed wall repair was a deferred expense. The first set was to see how much seed content fits in one jar. Now with this order, all of them can be tucked away safely and with more convenient access. If I can find a holder and strap by which to carry, that might work nicely. too. They are well made.
These range of jars from 0.5 L, 0.75L, 1L and 1.5L all have the same sized square footprint. They just vary in height. Square footprint means less wasted space on the shelf. The lids are all the same size too - very handy for replacement rubber seals. I can get my lady-sized hand around the 1.5L jar but find the 2L jar needs both hands to pick it up safely. For ease of labelling the contents of the jar, I've painted chalkboard paint on one of the sides and also a small, flat patch on the bottom of the jar to write the "Best Before" date. The jars look awesome and are so practical!
Love these glass jars!! They’re perfect for gifts .. preserved lemons .. confit garlic ... pickled onions ... and whatever else you want to store in something cute and functional. My first (I’m ordering my third set now) set I ordered evidently broke in transit ... because I got a notice that they were returning and replacing them. All of the ones I’ve gotten have been perfect! Gotta go get some more because I keep thinking of things to do with them!
