Age: 31. Was recommended specifically a triple omega complex for heart health after some blood work. These softgels are great quality. Large sized pills, and the recommended amount is 3 a day, but they're very easy to take. No taste or smell really at all. Packaging is great. The pills are never stuck together/humid. It has everything you need from an Omega supplement. The size is in my opinion good, easy to swallow. Personally , I found it not to cause any weird fish smell which is great. The packaging is convenient and accessible, it's a hing type of lid, so no twist and turns. Take 3 times daily with food, which I also find a great dosing schedule for since you take one with every meal. Overall, it's great!

Another great quality product from a trustable brand. I bought them for my father and he completely loves them. No gastric upset and literally no fish smell at all.
