You call these running shorts but from my point of view, they are a really great pair of all round shorts. I wear them to the gym on a regular basis but they are also made for running. There’s a pocket in the back to pop your key & credit card in & pockets for other things like a handkerchief. In terms of size, I originally brought a medium but found the small was a better fit, so maybe try them on for size first.

Excellent shorts. Love the addition of the normal pockets. The rear pocket is great for a key or gel etc. the only downside is the new pockets ride up on your leg while running and bunch up. Not a big issue but noticeable.

Great fit, and plenty of storage. Great for long runs where you need to carry gels or a phone (larger size pocket with good zip for larger phone) and then quickly chuck things into a hand pocket such as wrappers or gel packets. Fit is great and works well on long trails and road running.
