I have MS and ride a recumbent elliptical 12 hours a week and do strength training 3X/wk. I have been using compression bibs as I'm 62 and no longer have a flat stomach. For some reason I thought that I could wear compression shorts or leggings, but I found out teh expensive way, that I no longer can. That's on me, so it's back to bibs and these will just sit in a drawer until I decide to throw them out. Sucks on my part, but they are built very well. Teh compression is outstanding and exactly what I was looking for. I'm a bit bummed that they don't make these in a bib style that wouldn't be so restrictive in the waste. If you want great leggings AND have a flat stomach, these are a wonderful choice. If not, they will be uncomfortable as they will roll up at the waste.

Comfortable and useful for this overweight, slow but committed distance runner living with arthritis. Recovery is important to me and now have two pairs of these tights, one with more pockets. This version has one large pocket at the back, but the one with the gel pouch and small side zip-pocket is simply the bee's knees. Need plenty of storage on longer runs, so too many pockets are not enough. Also really good for rowing on cooler mornings when temperatures drop on the water.

I've never used this product before. When purchasing 2XU, it is important to carefully read the detailed specifications since each model of compression is different. The compression effect is the same regardless of the various models. During the different activities, they have a powerful impact and feel comfortable. The compression on these tights is unmatched compared to other compression tights I have tried. They have decreased muscle fatigue which has in turn decreased my average pace per km.The downfall of these tights is because the phone pocket is located at the back the tights need to sit high on your waist. If you wear them lower there is a lot of extra material between your glutes and your hamstrings eliminating the compression and moister wicking benefit’s as well as decreasing the overall look of these tights. This is extra disappointing because I had filtered the tights to show only low rise tights.If you don’t mind high rise tights these are a must have.

The Light Speed Compression Tights significantly reduces my lower extremity muscle fatigue and reduces cramping in my gastrocnemius bilaterally. They also help me stay warm on the cold mornings and I do not suffer from any chaffing. The zipper pocket is just big enough to hold my ID and medical insurance card. I highly recommend these for anyone who runs.I am 5'9" and weight approximately 165 with more leg muscle mass than upper body muscle mass. I wear a medium and they are tight and take a little work to get on yet this is how they are designed. These reduce my soreness and speed my recovery. I’ve purchased several pairs. One had a rare defect in one of the seams. Sent a picture of the defective seam, filled out a form by email and a few days later, these arrived in the mail. I’ve already worn them several times. I'm impressed with the quality of these tights. The Super snug fit is just what I was looking for. Trust the sizing chart. They are difficult to put on and take off but if you are patient everything works out well. The trick I found to get them off my foot is to pull them off inside out until they are to my ankle them slide my finger between my ankle bone and achilles tendon and slide them off my foot while wiggling my foot up and down slightly. Seems to work for me.
These Light Speed Compression tights are snug yet reflexive while running. I was able to put in the work on the track both for speed and distance with a lot less post run pain and stiffness. I felt the presence of the compression without it being restrictive to my activities. I love these and look forward to getting a couple more complimentary colors. And a bonus is they look really good!
This is my 5th pair of tights from 2XU.What happened to the others?Nothing, I still wear them even from 20 years ago!!Nowadays I work out more than ever and these tights come out of the wash like new- every time!!Worth every Penny and the most attractive looking and feeling tights ever. Highly recommended!!
I have at least one of most models of 2XU mens compression tights. These by far are my favorite. Probably most folks use these for working out. I have suffered from circulation issues in my legs for years, and had outpatient surgery for it last year. To top that off, I tore a calf muscle. Since then, I started wearing these most days under my work clothes, and most of the time lounging around the house. They do a wonderful job of keeping the circulation issue in check, and provide great calf muscle support as well.
