Comfortable and useful for this overweight, slow but committed distance runner living with arthritis. Recovery is important to me and now have two pairs of these tights, one with more pockets. This version has one large pocket at the back, but the one with the gel pouch and small side zip-pocket is simply the bee's knees. Need plenty of storage on longer runs, so too many pockets are not enough. Also really good for rowing on cooler mornings when temperatures drop on the water.

The compression on these tights is unmatched compared to other compression tights I have tried. They have decreased muscle fatigue which has in turn decreased my average pace per km.The downfall of these tights is because the phone pocket is located at the back the tights need to sit high on your waist. If you wear them lower there is a lot of extra material between your glutes and your hamstrings eliminating the compression and moister wicking benefit’s as well as decreasing the overall look of these tights. This is extra disappointing because I had filtered the tights to show only low rise tights.If you don’t mind high rise tights these are a must have.

The Light Speed Compression Tights significantly reduces my lower extremity muscle fatigue and reduces cramping in my gastrocnemius bilaterally. They also help me stay warm on the cold mornings and I do not suffer from any chaffing. The zipper pocket is just big enough to hold my ID and medical insurance card.
