360 S10 Robot Vacuum Cleaner

I bought a Roborock S7 before, but its partial function does not work very well like the mapping is really terrible. Although the S7 uses LIDAR, it still turns around on its own, getting lost and stuck in nowhere. Additionally, the battery life is short, so I have to put it back to charge all the time. Until I found the 360 ​​S10 Vacuum Robot, it is a perfect replacement for Roborock S7. So I’ve been using “Molly” for a week straight now. She mapped my home quickly, and accurately. I am very impressed with her operation so far. I have had no bad experiences with her. I really like that I am able to do so much with the mapped floor plan. I really like how I can set up different programs for different rooms, and floor types to run throughout the day. I love how well her max carpet setting cleans. Very thorough. I guess if I had one complaint it would be that the dust bin is much smaller than what I’m used to, and it’s more difficult to empty compared to what I’m used to. However, that’s not a big deal. I’m very happy with how well she works! FYI- I have not used her to mop. I doubt I will. I cannot comment on how well that function is.

Once the map is already saved, the robot cleans back and forth in a fixed optimal pattern to clean the room. You can also ask the robot to selectively clean a specific area of the room. You can save up to 10 maps in the app. Vacuum I can say that the suction power is pretty strong. The dirt basket is easily removed for cleaning. Mopping The package comes with washable mopping cloths and a mopping attachment that you attach to the main unit for mopping feature. The water tank is enough to clean a good sized room. Automation You can set a preset schedule when to do cleaning. Just don't forget to empty the dirt basket regularly. Overall, I love what this robot can do. The advanced LIDAR mapping is one of the features that sets this smart vacuum apart from the others. I can totally recommend.

It wasn't the best start to my S10 vac than I expected, the under polished buggy app that can be very fiddly and hard to get you head around for all family members. I've had a few failures, esp when there is something wrong with their server as the vac will not work without it as it communicates it's info to it. I've had the rubber on the cover for the brush tear away also. It puts wheel marks and brush marks on soft carpet so you end up brushing it afterwards so some times there is no point and you should of just vacuumed it anyway, constantly having to clean and de-hair the brush and clean the dust bin. You spend so much time cleaning and emptying the vacuum it's kinda not worth it. Spend the money and get a self emptying/cleaning on. I am having difficulty with mapping different areas with the mop. The vac needs to go around the carpet and it can't, it goes on the carpet to get to my timber floor areas I want to be mopped. It then detects the carpet and gets stuck or lost, can't then find the base and I have huge difficulty restarting her so that she recognises the areas. I also find the app unfriendly. I can't get the info I need, eg I want to remove the brush for cleaning as there is hair wound around it, but nowhere can I find how to remove the brush. I am not happy with the customer service either as I rang to get help, waited for along time, finally the call was answered and the womwan said she would email the answer to my question. My S10 is the best thing I've ever bought. I procrastinated over the purchase for so long and even when I ordered still worried if I did the right thing, but it is brilliant. We have a large single level mix of tile and carpet home. The S10 has exceeded my expections in all areas, cleans really good very thorough and gets into places you wouldn't expect. Performs just as advertised. I would 100% recomend the S10 to anyone thinking of a robot vacuum.

It was fairly easy to setup and download the App. The Robot The robot is well made and is excellent. It works nicely but I do find that most vacuum have to be on max power to really pick up all the litter I have around the house due to my 2 cats. This robot is the same but it works well enough and has the ability to go over a certain rooms multiple times to make sure it’s all vacuumed. It does well to avoid most objects around the floor and especially one of my cats who like to block the vacuum. I am unable to use the multi level function since you need the robot to leave from the charging station to map each level but since the charging station is on the 2nd floor, I had to manually drive the robot around for it to map my 1st and 3rd floor. I also find it some what hard to create no go zones because it’s hard to figure out the spacing in the map vs in real life. You have to keep testing it to make sure you got the area down right. Then you can save the map but each time you re-save the map, you would have to rename it. It would be nice if you can edit and save existing saved maps. Overall, I really like and enjoy the help from this robot vacuum. The app is the only thing I have minor issues with.

Excellent Robot with room for improvement

Pros - pretty good with mapping. The Map edit feature is very flexible compared to other products we tried. Does a great job with about 3000 sft area in my home. Cons - it would not go over my area rug which has black border. Called customer support and they said it’s a built in feature, I now have to replace my area rug and get a new one without black borders. 4 stars instead of 5 just because of this. I will recommend this product to others.

best purchase i made this year!

this was an update for the family as we previously had one from other brand. after doing our extensive research we got our eyes on the 360 S10. IT DEFINITELY DID NOT DISSAPOINT US. with its superior suction power its able to pickup most small debris om the floor. the machine body is very slim so i could go under our sofa and clean the edges that we cant normally reach. overall, great purchase, great product!
