I LOVE this mask. It is extremely comfortable and melds perfectly to your face. My only complaint (and it probably won't matter to everyone) is that the neck strap is too low and yanks your face back when you raise your head. I modified my lower strap by cutting it in half and attaching the two lower straps to the upper strap using staples and hot glue. It is PERFECT now and VERY comfortable!! I can't recommend this mask enough. It's amazing!

This respirator great straps doesnt block my view. The mask itself seals well for not being a custom fit. The filtration is great when I use it while Im cutting wood with a circular saw. I notice a huge difference from a cheap N95 or fabric mask that doesnt block anything from being sucked into my lungs. I bought a second smaller mask for my wifes protection. Thank you

I bought this respirator for my team of lash artists as we were not able to find the n95 masks that we normally use for the fumes of the glues. This respirator looks bulky with the filters attached but is quite comfortable to wear. I wear it for 12 hours at day doing detailed work and I prefer it now to the n95 masks. I have plenty of room to breath with nothing sticking to my lips or nose. Is easy to clean with alcohol wipes. The seller communication and delivery was fast.

Great product. I bought a large version of the product and everything fit perfectly. I hardly had to adjust the straps. Very comfortable, a bargain price, overall a great product. Only issue i had was the fact that I doesn't come with a set of filters but that's perfectly acceptable. No more breathing in Caustic or Acidic chemical particulates for me!!
I use these respirators with the 2207 or 2297 filters for welding because it fits under a welding helmet. If I'm lazy, I'll use the same respirators for painting with an oil paint or ideally switch them out with acid/gas/organic vapor cartridges. You can use any of 3m's filters with this mask. I believe it is their cheapest reusable respirator, but even the more expensive half facepieces have the same small plastic parts that won't last any longer than those on this respirator. Of this face piece, I've had ones last a couple years if I clean it and take care of it. Often the head elastic is the first to go, but you can usually replace with a new harness. With the proper filters and a clean shave, I can stand next to a smoker and not smell smoke wearing these 3M respirators. Most importantly, the mask mitigates fumes from painting, and stops harmful particles from fiberglass dust, bedliner application, etc. No other respirator I've used stops cigarette smells, let alone heavy paint fumes. Just be sure you select the correct filters for the job, and again, you need a clean shave for an air-tight seal. These are far superior to other brands, and the selection of filters available is excellent. Well worth the money for the peace of mind, especially when it comes to your lungs.

The mask seals very well around your face and with using the assigned Cartridges in my case its number 6001 for things like pesticides and other types of fumes. Thankfully the mask was inexpensive compared to when i first bought my original mask that wore it self out from the elastic string which is why i bought a full replacement. Now tha package does come sealed but it was NOT machine sealed, it basically had a zip lock type seal on top with the flaps open. That concerned with with the whole Covid 19 pandemic and people Tampering with products prior to shipping, so i used isopropyl Alcohol to clean the outside and inside of the mask prior to using it. Over all i would highly recommend it but i would warn you and advice you to please Pre Clean your mask before applying to your face. That is all for my review and real life experience with this mask.

Most uncomfortable aspect: The pressure on the nose bridge is notable, and quickly leads to aching. Even when the mask is worn high enough the outer bridge is touching the top of my eyebrows (as high as I can get it and maintain a seal), the inner fold of the masks pushes forcefully on that upper portion of the nose bridge which is sensitive to prolonged pressure. I'm not sure we have the materials to do much better at the moment, but this was the major issue for me. Most Amusing Aspect: When you sing in this mask, the check valve for the air intake (where the filters attach) vibrates audibly. This creates a plastic resonance to whatever you say/sing which is somewhat amusing. Most annoying Aspect: Ignoring the pain, this is a rubber/silicone material which is in constant contact with your face, and it creates an unpleasant moist contact/environment. This is likely unavoidable, though the bottom of the skirt folding back up several inches with no drainage points makes me a tad concerned sweat will pool here quite easily. I will likely test this theory this afternoon.
Remodelling some condo's recently and was getting bothered using disposable paper nose filters. My protective eyewear kept getting foggy and breathing was becoming a bother. Got this 3M Respirator and it's a welcome addtion to my tool bag. The LARGE size fits me perfect and I would regard my head a medium. If your 6 Ft tall or have a large head look for Extra Large. Sealing is excellent and provides normal breathing motion. Working with drywall dust the whole day using this 3M product is not a concern. The straps are designed with comfort and stay comfortably in place. Proper filter (for dusty conditions) to purchase is the 3M 2091 P100 Particulate Filter.
The wife and I had to remove ceramic tile grout from a wooden sub floor. So, we taped off the area to be worked with a 25 X 20 plastic sheet and went crazy with an angle grinder and a concrete attachment. INSTANT dust cloud under the plastic! It was too easy to breathe normally with this respirator, and I was under there a good hour. I took off the respirator outside, then walked back into the house (without the respirator) to see if there was any difference. Holy crap I could TASTE the dust in the air. This respirator is definitely worth every penny, just make sure to get the GOOD 3M filters (Part number 60926). YOUR LUNGS WILL THANK YOU LATER!
