The motion sensor bin was the smartest addition to our kitchen. Its sensor works really well and closes on its own. The capacity is really good and lasts us, a household of three, for the entire week. Despite its size, its compact and linear and is not an eyesore in any way.Love this purchase as It keeps waste disposal simple and hygienic.

This is the best bin. Have been searching for the Holy grail of bins. This one is perfect. Not too big that the bag is too heavy to get the tweens to take out the rubbish. But big enough to not have to keep replacing bags all the time. Sensor opening is life changing that I’ve caught myself waving my hand over the microwave to open it. Very sleek and stylish too. Would totally recommend.

We absolutely love our devanti stainless steel bin! For such a simple product, it really does work wonders especially for young mother of two who is always in the kitchen! No need to worry about getting my hands dirty with the sensor bin, simple motion of my hand on top and the lid opens and rubbish is dropped in the bin - gone are the days of manually opening the bin lids. Best part is the devanti sensor bin keeps the bin odour sealed when closed so our kitchen is kept smelling fresh and clean! It really is a life-saver :)

A fantastic upgrade from our old foot pedal bin. This garbage bin exhibits prestige and luxury. It works fantastic, and we use 4x rechargeable AA batteries - so we’re not wasting money on batteries. The opening mechanism is both intelligent enough to know to stay open if you are scraping a large amount of waste, or will shut quickly if you are just dropping in a single item.
Excellent functional bin. Only downfall i would say is its not made out of very stong material. Bin came with 2 minor dents and a tiny scratch. Would have been handy to have a middle 'bin' to contain the actual bin bag so that when you put the bin bag in the bin it doesnt show outside the bin as it does. Its such a pretty looking bin and that is a shame. I can live with that as it works perfectly. You get used to the sensitive sensor, as you learn and adopt to it operating.
Nice bin. Easy to use, lots of space and no smell!! But is it worth so much money? Only time will say. So far quite good. Also matches the decor of my kitchen with its nice stainless steel look.It arrived in great condition from Myers unlike the others i receive with dents or ugly exterior.
This motion sensor bin is great! Scraping food off plates etc is easier now we don’t have hold a lid with one hand. The top of the lid stays clean too because you’re not touching it. The mouth of the bin is nice and wide making it really easy to deposit your garbage. Taking the lid on and off is easy.A really great product and I would highly recommend it.
Bought this “stainless steel” bin for a coastal property, where rust is a concern. However, the box describes the product as “Colour: Chrome plated” and there is no mention of stainless steel. Maybe it’s a s/s body and chrome plastic top but I’m not so sure. It’s made in China (of course) but came well packaged and operates as expected. That said, the lid mechanism feels like it won’t last too long (plastic and feel flimsy) and the instructions are in poor English.

He thinks putting the sensor in the vertical part of the bin, on the approach as it were, would be less stressful. All in all, it was $125 well spent, as I will save this and more on bottles of kitchen cleaner used in days gone by keeping the swinging plastic lid of the old bin with a semblance of cleanliness.
Larger than our last sensor bin. I like the stainless steel finish better than black. So deep, even my dog couldn’t break in… but she tried!
