Awesome service from HN. Had an issue with a payment that HN fixed instantly, with a smile. This was a replacement for an 8 year old laptop. The 5th Acer I've bought. Each one has lasted seemingly forever so I know this will be a good laptop! Only thing I can fault it at the moment is that the charger seems in a wrong place; because the laptop is so small (14" compared to my old 17") the pin sits up against my leg when charging during usage and gets in the way. Battery life generally outlasts a day of use though. Other minor issue is turning the laptop off; using the Microsoft button & then power there seems to be a bit of problems using the touch screen, as if it doesn't sense the touch so often need to repeat. Much better option is holding down the power button. ... MoreAwesome service from HN. best point: it's light weight. not so good: screen is not bright.backlighting for keys is not bright. there is no way to keep the keys backlit all the time. i need a brighter screen and brighter, permanently on backlighting. the screen has a greenish tint. the letters on the keys are yellow. i find this not attractive and also hard to see. i was willing to try this 14" screen, but i really want a larger screen--16" or even 17."

Pros: Nice design, I really like the colours and the rose gold elements. Great battery life, I've been using it unplugged all day and just charging in the evening for the last three weeks. Feels super light but sturdy at the same time. Keyboard feels good when typing. I love the keyboard layout where pg dn and pg up are separate keys above left and right arrows (which is not the case on most laptops nowadays), this is very useful for key shortcuts and navigating multiple tabs on browsers and spreadsheets.Cons: Nothing

I bought this laptop a few days ago and I have to say, its absolutely amazing. I haven't experienced any lag whatsoever, the laptops fans are extremely quiet and the keyboard is amazing to type on. Screen is also bright enough and crystal clear and watching movies is an absolute joy with this display. The only downsides I would say is that the speakers are on the quieter side and the battery life isn't the best on the market. Overall, its an amazing laptop for the price, especially for high school students who use multiple tabs in one go.
Pros: Super light, nice design, perfect amount/type of ports. Good touch screen and keyboard layout with backlight. Had one for work and it was great for mobility, conducting general work and presenting. I loved it so much I got one for my personal use when I left that work role.Cons: Sound is better than previous edition but still a lot of room for improvement to be made as it is still very quite. Almost didn't rebuy this model because of this but after hearing other laptops with the feather weight I wanted there wasn't much difference. I wouldn't change anything else except making the volume louder.
A great laptop at a very affordable price. It is lightweight, fast and plenty of SSD storage. Plus the touchscreen just adds to the abilities of the laptop. The battery lasts all day on one charge which is fantastic as it is used all day. The screen is so very very clear, I hadn't realised how bad my old laptop was until I turned this one on. The only downfall I have found so far is the backlit keyboard is from under the keys and not through the lettering, but really working during the day doesn't require it. I highly recommend this laptop.
Great laptop with great specs at a great price. The first thing you realise when you first hold this laptop is the weight, its so lightweight which makes it perfect for people who carry around their laptops all day like students. One downside is the speakers though, they lack richness and have little to no bass. They sound tiny but what can you expect from a laptop this price.
Have been wanting this laptop for a while. It is so light for my son to carry to school and the mist green with bronze is gorgeous. The computer starts up so fast, which is really convenient for school as my son has to restart laptop for each class. The speed is super fast and the 1tb storage fantastic. I'm really jealous, I want one too! The only problem is the advertised $50 cash back. I registered my product but have not heard anything back from ACER about the cash back. I won't be very happy if this is advertised but doesn't happen.
This thing is light, easy to take around, and — while not powerful enough to play Cyberpunk — let's be honest, that's not why you're getting this. This was a gift for my wife. she needed a new laptop and she was tired of lugging around the 16" gaming laptop she got last time. Overkill for the office work she needed to do, as well as for playing Path of Exile. But you know, that was the old one. While we haven't had time to play our favorite online game recently, this laptop is great for internet browsing, YouTube, and even designing stuff for her Cricut projects. The touchscreen is super helpful for that.Bonus fingerprint scanner for added security!
Pros: Iris X performance is pretty good. Never thought I'd get to play halo on this laptop. Overall performance is pretty good.Cons: There was a heating issue that was resolved only after doing windows update. Acer registration app does not work properly even though product is registered online with my acer account. Sounds could use a bit of an improvement. Some bass would be nice. There's a tad bit of glare in the screen as well when it's sunny.
