This oven temperature gauge for travel trailer is great. This little oven also works very well. Temperature set is right on it. (Currently not on) Highly recommend this gauge- snaps on to the over rack.

Got this oven thermometer to measure my oven temperature because I think my oven is not as hot as the reading put in on stove controls. This thermometer has big numbers and is easy to read. I set my oven at 400* and the thermometer read 390*. So as I expected my oven is a little off. The only bad thing I have to say about the thermometer is it took an awful long time to come up to temperature. My oven was at 400* after preheating and the gauge took about 5 minutes to come up to the correct reading.

These are great for keeping in your home oven to check that the temp is right, even if your oven's temp guage reads. You'd be surprised the difference between the two. I also keep one in my camper oven which runs way hotter than it is supposed to.
I tested the thermometer in my oven against two other thermometers and it came up about 50 degrees below the other two which agreed with each other. And it doesn't allow you to recalibrate. Returning.
I appreciate the added confidence knowing the temperature of the oven in my rental, though the clip attachment doesn’t seem sufficient? Though I am not willing to rule out potential user effort in the attached.Also the face is quite large, bonus for viewing but annoyingly large for getting trays and food items past.
Oven would beep saying it's at temperature but when you check the thermometer its says oven is below temperature by over 100°F. You have to wait at least another 5-10 minutes for the thermometer to show the right temperature. Needs to react faster to change in tempatures.
Extremely accurate and easy to read when placed toward the rear of the oven.
The unit seems to be accurate. The numbers are easy to read and provided the information orving what I suspected, my oven is hotter than the temperature setting of the controls on the range. With the information provided by this product I now know my oven is 25 to 30 degrees hotter than the indicated and I am able to adjust the settings accordingly.
Got this thermometer to check on oven temps as things didn't seem to be cooking correctly. It is quite often showing temp exactly as oven is set, but also shows when it varies.Price is good for this simple, easily readable item.
