They're probably my favorite shoe of all time. I recently realized I have inadvertently always had a working pair of gazelles or sambas since 2nd grade. Some were hand me downs, some new, and some even bought used. They have outlasted most of my other shoes and still look presentable even at over a decade old. The traction is good for everyday use and great as an indoor soccer shoe too. Even in the days of fake turf that would cut glass and leave green residue everywhere. The fit is nice and has a relatively good arch support. I have really high arches and I used to be able to bartend/serve a double shift without my feet killing me.... Show more

Bad quality
I am really disappointed with these shoes. The tongue is very sharp against my ankles. I’ve had to wear the shoes with the laces very loose to make them wearable. I don’t like that look and feel like my shoes could fall off at any time. There is no support within the shoe so walking in them for long periods leaves me with sore feet. My old adidas purchased over five years ago were almost identical but of much better quality. I wore them to work several times a week and held up much longer than expected. I thought these would replace them but they don’t come close.... Show more

Don’t hesitate— just buy ‘em!
Pink Gazelle — love them but as a few other reviews mention, they do indeed run large. In Adidas, I normally wear Big Kids size 7. Ordered Big Kids 6.5 on advice from the reviews, but they’re too big. I don’t like shoes when they’re snug fitting, but my feet were swimming in size 6.5. Luckily they still have pink Gazelles in Big Kids size 6.0 so am exchanging for the smaller size. otherwise, really happy with the style and profile of Gazelle. The pink shoe with beige color gum outside sole is a nice change from the traditional white outside sole. Highly recommend.... Show more

Great shoe but came looking used!
Great shoe, style, and neutral colorway. Just what I was looking for. It was also delivered quickly which was awesome. The only reason for the loss of a star was that this shoe was clearly slightly used. It had dark scuffs on both toes and on the soles. They were also not wrapped in the paper in the box. The paper was all bunched up under it as if someone put them on and then just put them back in without bothering with the paper. It's not bad enough that I'll go through the hassle of exchanging them but however they handle returns and inspections, they need to put a little more attention into the restocking process.... These shoes are beautiful! They were given to me as a Christmas gift and I was so excited. The look, the color was just my style. Sadly, after trying 3 different sizes, they just didn't work for me. My feet are average and I never have issues with shoes fitting me. The ankles and heels slipped and rubbed my foot. They squeak really loudly the whole time I was walking. I was very disappointed with everything about the shoe except for the look of it. If you buy them, go down a half size. I wear a 9, but could fit in the 8 and 8.5. I felt the 8.5 fit best though. Sad they didn't work out because they were super cute.... Show more

Sizing wary but great deal!
As a woman who typically wears a 7.5 or 8, I was truly shocked at how large these shoes are. I ordered them in a size 5.5 and they fit wonderful! I would definitely try on in-store and make sure you try on a boys shoe if you are looking to go the same route i did. Because they are suede, they haven’t been holding up great and are already showing signs of wear and tear even though it’s only been about 2 weeks. I would strongly recommend water proofing them and they are a bit squeaky, however I did know that going into the purchase. I did not however expect just how squeaky these things are. They are super comfortable and if your wearing socks that go over them you won’t get any blisters (or at least I haven’t) all and all, if you’re looking to get gazelles this is ... Super cute! *kids sized shoes*
These shoes are adorable! So stylish and they have the cutest details. I got the green and tan and they have a gold adidas logo on the tongue and a little charm. Definitely a stylish shoe! I work in a school so I like to match my shoes to our school colors :)A NOTE ABOUT SIZING: these are KIDS shoes! I am a true 7.5 in women’s shoes and I am a 5.5 in kids/men’s shoes. I ordered the 5.5 and they fit perfectly. (For reference I am also a EU38 size)... Show more

Super squeaky!!
Love the color combo! Ivory and brown ... very soft, pretty and versatile. Usually a 7.5 but the 7 fit better. Major issue: they squeaked so badly when I walked I could not keep them! I have 3 other Adidas sneaks - not gazelle- and none of them do this. So sad I had to return them! Only other thing I'll mention is that the suede is very "nubby" - intentionally rough and bumpy. Neither a positive or negative, just interesting. I'm sure someone else will be happy to get these, I just could not handle the squeaks. :)... Show more

these DO run very Large
The sizing on these shoes is insanely confusing. Numerous reviews say to size down, they say they’re unisex sizing so only size down if you’re wanting women sizing, they say the women’s gazelles are true to size, then they say they run small 🤣 the fact is these run MASSIVE. These are women’s shoes, labeled women’s, sold in women’s section. Yet they are not women’s sizing. I am normally a 7.5-8 in all shoes, 38.5 or 39EU. I typically wear a 7 in adidas since they do run big on me. I could really use a 7.25, 7.5 is just too big and slides on my heel. For these they said to size down. Well my normal adidas size is 7, so I went with a 6. A size I NEVER wear in unisex, or men’s and definitely not in women. They fit. They’re snug but I think a 6.5 would be too big. WHY ... WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SIZE CORRECTLY AND CONSISTENTLY?! Isn’t it just based off of measurements? Something that can easily be dialed in. So annoying to try and order shoes online and stores never have any inventory of anything anyone wants.... Show more

Uncomfortable
These were a big disappointment. First of all, straight out of the box, they made noises as I walked in them. Second, they felt a bit big for my normal size 9, they rubbed in my heel and did not feel comfortable at all. I have black Reeboks, and they are a lot more comfortable. I have always thought Adidas was a great brand but now I’ve changed my mind. The look is cute but they basically hurt my feet. I couldn’t wait to get back home and take them off. I probably won’t be able to return them, but I doubt I will wear them again. I asked family members I thought were the same shoe size as me so I could give them away, but nobody I know wears a 9. I guess I will try to sell them.... Show more
