I have started changing all of my tools from Milwaukee to AEG just because they feel better in the hand and seem to be tougher . All of my guys on the roofs that we install keep borrowing my AEG gear because they say the drills are faster the saws are lighter . I will change all of my tools over as soon as possible . Never thought id go from Makita and Milwaukee to AEG but there you go . If your thinking about it , just stop and do it .

This saw is light, powerful and has all the features a handyman needs. Easy to adjust and use, it just feels right in your hand. Higly recommended.

An excellent portable saw with adequate power. Great for the home handyman. A lot more powerful than the previous cheaper portable saw I purchased.
I do building maintence for a living and wanted a saw that was light enough to use for finishing work but still gutsy enough for framing. This saw fitted the bill perfectly. Light enough to use one handed and well balanced. Had to cut a heap of studs today to replace ones that had a mould issue and it didnt miss a beat.
Light weight with plenty of power. I don't use the saw for framing or carpentry work, I use it to cut fallen branches of up to 50mm dia for firewood. I have a 5 acre property with lots of eucalypts and a mix of European trees and they shed huge quantities of branches. I know that the saw was not intended for for this type of use but it works perfectly for this purpose, I've tried chainsaws and sabre saws but they require two hands to hold the saw, so using the circular saw lets me hold the branch in one hand and the saw in the other. Cuts cleanly and quickly and due to its light weight is easy to control
Love my new fusion circular saw. Mighty good for a small saw.With all the wet weather we've been having it's great not to be lugging power cables around in it. This saw is worth it's weight in gold.
Needed a lightweight saw for different thickness marine ply from 4mm to 12mm and 30mm to 40mm pine framing, fitted a 60t blade and it works great. This saw is perfect for all sorts of cutting, even 50mm ironbark was no problem. Smooth starting and easy to use, best tool I have bought in a while.
I was searching for a portable circular saw for a variety of small jobs as part of my home renovation. I have been purchasing AEG tools for many years. All have been great. This latest edition is no exception. Light, powerful, well balanced and well built. It is a pleasure to use it. Many thanks to the team member at Bunnings Glendale for their advice on which model to choose.
Haven't used it for long but so far it's been good. Compared to the 185mm saw, (which I think is a good saw) I would say I prefer this 165mm . The blade configuration and weight distribution seem better to me, so I'm happy with it and would recommend it.
