Everyone at work using brands across the board and typically of the higher price range have been impressed and actually interested in buying AEG in the future.Will be getting the sub compact set as soon as i can.

Purchased my first AEG Drill & Driver kit over 2 years ago and still going strong. Very happy with performance. Purchased this pack as it also came with the angle grinder, plus bonus battery via redemption. Love AEG tools and the warranty is excellent. AEG tools are not too bulky or heavy, and tools fit nicely in my hand. Can highly recommend AEG.

I purchased this 3 piece set to retire the some of the tools from my 5 piece set purchased over 8yrs ago. I knew about AEG tools from working in the industry and the warranty with Bunnings is second to none. I was treated like a leper on the building sites from my 'tradie mates' when I first rocked up with AEG as it wasn't a 'brand name' but I had done my research and knew they would hold up. That 5 piece set has had a brutal life and yet they still keep going- (the 18V grinder I've used as a chaser and to cut walls down). It has been especailly satisfying when my tradie mates 'brand name' tools have burnt out/failed next to my AEG tool while performing the same task and they have had to buy a new skin and on some occasions more than once- the thermal cut out is a ... These tools are the business. For way too long I've used cheaper tools, with mediocre power and unimpressive battery life, but after seeing a friend with one of the impact driver sets, I finally bit the bullet and bought it. Cannot recommend this set enough. The hammer drill is better than my (not cheap) standalone plug in drill, the impact driver is fantastic to use, and the angle grinder with battery attachment is brilliant. Most cutting/grinding jobs get put off for "later" when I realise I need to connect multiple cables, but not with this. Battery life is brilliant.
It was time to update to Brushless Technology my existing battery tools were tired with limited battery life and needing maintenance and I was long overdue for an upgrade. I am so glad I chose AEG over the many other battery tools on the market as I cannot fault their design, quality and battery life. The battery redemption also assisted with my decision. I can highly recommend AEG to any Tradie or home handyman.
I bought this kit to upgrade my old AEG tools which have done great service but I wanted to go brushless. I’m really happy with the new tools, especially the drill which is a definite improvement on the old one. I still have two old 2AH batteries which have been amazing and still work great. Looking forward to many years of good service from these new tools.
I purchased the 3-piece kit as part of a promotion which came with an extra battery and an extra item (blower). I already have a second-hand AEG drill kit but was more than happy to invest in a new kit to get the grinder, the extra battery, the blower and the warranty. My old kit (which was fine), is now for sale, so it'll sell and hopefully get someone else into AEG tools. They are solid, powerful, ergonomic, and good value - much more solid than my old B&D drill kit! I'm finding excuses around the home to use them! I'll be adding to my gear as I get more into doing woodwork and home handyman jobs.
Great tools and great company..I would honestly recommend aeg too anyone looking for a powerful reliable tool with great battery life and at a great price..My dad switched from makita to aeg in 2009 and as a son does he follows in his dads footsteps and i also gave aeg a go.In 2019 i lost dad too cancer after a hard fight from him and i found the stereo i bought him and it always brings tears too my eyes..That stereo was bought in 2009 and still goes hard..Since then i have bought many aeg combo kits as its the cheaper option for a premium tool.I strongly recommend aeg to anyone
I have been on the AEG platform since I was an Electrician apprentice in 2005, I still have my blue 18V hammer drill from back then and it takes today's batteries as the connection hasn't changed over all these years! I've now got multiple orange AEG tools and they have never ever let me down! I got this 3 peice kit with the battery trade in and I also got a free 18V torch which is amazing as are all the tools in this kit!I'll forever be an AEG guy as they have never let me down, the price is spot on and the deals are amazing!
