AKG K361 Over-Ear Closed-Back Foldable Studio Headphones

Comes with multiple wires, a carry case, and has a really good frequency response as well as being very comfortable. The detachable cables lock in in such a way that they won't accidentally pull off. The material of the headband and earpads don't flake off like my previous pair of headphones did. Overall, a great product. Using it for music production, mixing, and mastering in a relatively noisy environment but its frequency response makes it well suited to just listening for leisurely purposes.

After 3 months right earbud had stopped working

Well, what can I say... After about 3 months of using, right earbud had stopped working. I read reviews about this model including foreign, and my issue isn't unique. It seems, that this problem appears after charging this headphones. I tried to use warranty service, but since I had bought from retailer, AKG support told me, that I have to ask retailer for help

It seems, that this problem appears after charging this headphones. But, I was satisfied with the sound quality of this headphones, it corresponded to it's price. I speak in the past tense, because, now it costs 143 euros, and it's too much for such headphones. I don't recommend any product from this company, because, for example, there's akg k371 model, which has problems with headband

Comfortable, sound great, quick connection

Have been waiting for these to be available. I wanted to get the 371's but they are still not available so I went ahead with the 361's. Really enjoying these. They are super comfortable. The ear pads are super soft and fit over my ears great. I have tried several other over the ear headphones in the past and they did not fit my ears well or had too much clamping force. The sound quality is great. I'm hearing details in music I never noticed before. I wanted some bluetooth headphones that were affordable, neutral sounding, and comfortable. These fit the bill. Of note is that on the outside of the left ear piece, on the AKG circle, you control volume, track forward/back, and pause via swipe and tap motions(there might be other swipe controls I haven't discovered yet). ... MoreHave been waiting for these to be available. They also turn off automatically after a certain amount of time not in use. With the slide on/off toggle they don't turn on accidentally in my bag either. Only negative is that the charging port is micro USB instead of USB C.

Great set of headphones for the price!

I've tried numerous different headphones in this price range and above, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with these. They sound excellent, plenty of detail and clarity, while retaining a decent amount of bass and even a bit of sub-bass. These are not "bass-head" headphones by any means though, and people who are very accustomed to the overly bassy headphones for the common consumer market will probably find these too lean on bass. They are light and comfortable, though a tad tight on the head (for me at least). Luckily, the cushions are "cushy" enough to where its not really an issue. Build quality seems good, although they seem to be mostly plastic - to be expected in this price range for the most part. Big fan of the removable cord. Great sound, awful gesture control and pairing

Great balanced sound, 50mm drivers allow to hear more details. Gesture control doesn't work well especially pause/play. The AKG app doesn't support this headphone, so you cannot use EQ. No pairing mode on this headphone, you need to disable BT on current device and then power off and on the headphone to pair it with another device.

Great sound, quality meh

On my second pair. First pair frame broke. This pair, ear pads are disintegrating.Also, they have this random disconnect from Bluetooth connection and the power down after extended periods of silence is annoying. I means that I have to stop what I'm doing and power cycle them.I have a $70 pair from another manufacturer that is running circles around it with a longer battery lifeI use AKG for studio microphones as they are the go-to, especially the D-112!Also strange how much info they want from me just to post a review

Less than I had expected for this price.

I've had my K361-BT headphones for about a month now. The sound quality is good, fit is fairly good. There were numerous items that I'm not pleased with. The mic is either not working or the default output volume is too low. Even when I have the mic volume turn to maximum level on my PC or phone, the mic only registers 2% sound level. There are no adjustment features for the mic on the headphones that I've found. The touch / slide controls don't work well. The require heavy pressure and multiple attempts to adjust. They headphone do feel quite warm when worn for extended periods of 3 hours or more.Overall I'm quite disappointed with the product.

The EDD planets have aligned

tried other units sold as great for drum monitoring and had issues mainly with comfort on my fat head. Other akg mics and headphones i bought have never disappointed and these are no exception. they are very comfortable and do a great job keeping out the wood to plastic hits of sticks of my electronic drum pads out of my head. They are perfectly matched with plenty of headroom for the output of my electronic drum module output and any other consumer level use. These sound great and are perfect for recording and monitoring with added bonus of blue tooth wireless!! These are not like the critical mixing units needing more gain to hear. Note: two cables are included and are proprietary twist lock style at the unit end over to standard 1/8” on the source side. I think these are the best option for any drum monitoring chore especially just for full deep live sound when outside qui is a must using pads and triggers electronic drums etc…to be found anywhere. about to snag another pair.

zero for two

Bought in March. Volume control became erratic. Could not get refund from mfr (We don't give refunds.), had to wait while mfr tested the returned headphone, then sent replacement when I called them after another two weeks. Replacement set volume control is not working again. Throwing this out, getting a set from someone else.
