The time between the order and receipt of product was most efficient, however, quality control need some work. The hat has a streak of raised fur on the left side of the crown. I ordered the hat brush bur brushing will not take it out. As I don’t know how to remove it, I will have to live with the deficiency; perhaps you have an idea that you would pass on?Your aye, Edison-Brown

Finally found a proper hat that gives full sun protection, repels rain, looks great and is very well made. Perfect for anyone who spends time outdoors and appreciates quality. Highly recommended and well worth the cost.

I purchased this hat from Hatsbythe100 a month ago. Even though I had to have it shipped to USA and then Colombia, everything went incredibly fast. Very satisfied and this model of hat (the Territory) is great for my job in the Eastern Plains of Colombia. As other reviewers have said, even in town this hat turns head and people compliment me often (my former hat was a shapeless booney hat that by now made me look lige Gilligan. The Akubras are way more stylish and fun to wear. In fact, I will order a Colly Regency fawn for trips to town.

Very good. Being located in Oklahoma USA and receiving a great hat on time is appreciated. I grew up on a cattle ranch and now enjoy wearing ....literally many different hats. I am looking forward to putting this one in my collection and wearing it often. Thanks mates.
The actual hat quality and service from Hatsbythe100 is excelllent. The hat sizing from Akubra however is quite different than a Riverina I purchased last year. Both hats ordered in 61cm and the Territory is considerably larger. I've put 3 hat reducers in it and it's still bigger than the Riverina of the same size with none. I'll be following the included directions to shrink the hat. Surprised that the hat is that different as this one was for my wife. She loves my Riverina and the fit is perfect but also liked the Santone Fawn color of the Territory which I ordered. We'll see what happens, exchanging to another continent seems out of the question.
The hat meets my expectations exactly, provides excellent neck and face protection and is very lightweight. The wide brim keeps the sun out of my eyes even close to sunset and my neck and ears stay covered. Obviously made for wearing in the hot Aussie sun. I wear it at work and weekends and I even like the way the brim channels a slight breeze down the neck. Should have got one a long time ago. If the sun bugs you - get it. And I live in the Great Lakes area in Ontario Canada. Glad I got the hat stand, should've got a chinstrap too. I have gotten numerous compliments - where'd you get it?
I have a lot of hats, but this is the one I wear the most. A great, durable, comfortable hat for all weather. A true working hat that always draws complements. I have hats from Borsalino, Stetson, and several other Akubras, but his one is my go to.
This has been my first Akubra hat purchase and it will not be my last. I have been looking online for quite some time for a new style and the Territory design has provided the solution. I ordered the hat in the Santone Fawn color and I couldn't be more pleased. It may take some time for my wife to get used to the wider brim, but she seems to like it okay.This company has provided excellent service and an excellent product. Also, I did purchase a chin strap to attach to my Akubra and it is perfect.If you are looking for a great hat to take on a grand adventure, look no further! You found it.P.S.
