The instruction manual was terrible. Even though the product was okay - there was literally no clarity or relevance with the instruction manual.I really hope you can provide better support atleast by having a youtube video on how to do it.

Instructions to put together we're not suitable and skipped steps and didn't specify each part and or bolt.Tool provided was useless basketball backboard was all scratched up not painted evenly red paint dropped and black see all tape marks on edges basketball pump provided doesn't fit the ball would not buy there again and would not recommend

Instructions are pretty basic, so you have to figure some of the stuff out yourself. Overall pretty good quality. My only complaint is the carbon rods can be an inch longer so they are really jamed into the housing without them falling out.. 4/5 stars. Would recommend.

The cost and the trampoline itself is very very good. Good quality and nice little extras.The onlynproblem with this is the rods that connect the net to the tops of the poles. The plastic connectors do not hold in the rods and the slightest movement on the trampoline pops them out. The trampoline has been up not even 1 week and I have had to redo them 4 times. Needs a MUCH better way of attaching the net as Iam at the point of removing it completely

Kids love the trampoline and the basketball board adds to their fun. 8ft is great for our two young kids (2&4). Product arrived quickly after dispatch and phone service was good too.

Once finally put together - instructions pretty ordinary - The poles around the top net keep popping out when the kids jump / it’s a very tight squeeze putting them together to just have to pop out every time - quite disappointingWill have to purchase extra materials now & replace with longer poles or cord to emlinate this

Great item and extremely fast delivery

Really happy with the product and it arrived so fast! Standard trampoline assembly (ie hard) but looks great and works well. Only criticism is that the string to attach the net to the trampoline isn't long enough, otherwise very happy customer.
