They were quick to tell me that this is not a manufacturing defect and that the problem is mine in terms of how I used the product. I imagine that this is the standard line that they tell anyone trying to invoke their warranty.I rarely write reviews of this nature, but I felt compelled to write it to WARN YOU and to THINK TWICE about buying this product especially if you plan to use it regularly. IT IS NOT DURABLE. I have to say that the company Le Creuset is MUCH MORE CONSUMER ORIENTED and they STAND BY their products in a way much better than ALLCLAD. BUYER BEWARE. Allclad is not very customer oriented in terms of their service. I was not able to get ANY satisfaction from them.

I love my Copper Core All-Clad Non-stick and stainless Sautee pan. Unfortunately I cannot say I am as pleased with this pan. The Non-stick surface is already marked up and coming off in places. I have owned Non-stick fry pans of much lesser cost that has lasted many years before it started to deteriorate. I've only owned this pan since January and it already looks like I have owned it for years. I give it 2 stars because it does cook nicely but the long term quality just is not there.

I have a full set of the All-Clad Copper Core and they are amazing. Until you get to their non-stick pans - the coating wears off after about a year, and I am very careful to only cook using medium heat and meticulously take care of my cookware. All-Clad's customer service refuses to help, any only gives their generic response that it is a result of normal wear and tear.It is clear that there is a manufacturing defect connected with their non stick stainless steel pans, yet All-Clad refuses to honor their warranty. I expected more from such a highly regarded company that makes an otherwise amazing product.

Do Not Purchase All-Clad Stainless Steel Non Pans
20 April 2022

I own many All-Clad Stainless Steel pans and one Stainless Steel Non Stick pan. After three years of use following all the manufacture’s care instruction the pan is no longer non stick and use useless The All Clad customer service department says this is a result of normal wear and tear. I have attempted to discuss this conclusion but All Clad is non responsive. It is ridiculous for an expensive pan to become useless after three years of normal use. It is clear that their is a manufacturing defect connected with their non stick stainless steel pans. It is unfortunate that a company that holds itself out to be top of the line makes an inferior product which they fail to stand behind. I give up on All Clad.

I definitely..
20 December 2021

Okay, so I definitely was not expecting it to be the size that it is. Maybe that's just my lack of recognizing sizes without it being in front if me, haha! As you can see in the picture, it is about the size of my hand. Now, so that you can imagine; I'm 5'2 and roughly 120lb, so I'm a rather petite woman. Anywho, aside from that, it's a very heavy pan. Definitely seems like it is going to hold up for a while as far as durability. It is nonstick and the nonstick works really well so far! The only thing I wish I could change is that the handle is metal, I wish it had a silicone gripper or something on it as it is a bit uncomfortable when holding if I need to drain something. But, all in all, I like the pan so far!

Nope. These don't last.

I won't purchase non stick from All Clad anymore. I have a bunch of All Clad products - I have sets of stainless and they have lasted me over 20 years and I think they were worth the cost. I have the all-clad slow cooker and it's just 'eh' and I wouldn't buy again. As for the non-stick pans - they are awful and don't last. We had the same experience that others' here have had - we purchased a non stick fry pan and after a few years, contacted them about the non stick failing and we were just out of luck. It's sad that they don't stand behind their products when they charge what they do. I just won't make that mistake again. (And I will add that I am a chef-level cook of 20 years, and I never put cookware in the dishwasher and I treat it like the great tools they are ... MoreI won't purchase non stick from All Clad anymore. Anyway, I bought the GreenPans originally because I have a parrot and they are totally non-toxic and bird-safe, but I am thrilled to say that they performed better from the start and have lasted longer, and at a fraction of the cost. That is my two cents on the All-Clad non-stick.

Omelette stuck to surface of on very first use.
8 January 2023

I've bought several of these over the years. Because I use Pam spray, which is not recommended and voids the warranty, I buy new ones every year. This year I bought one in August and my egg omelette seemed to stick right away. Usually I get a good 6 months of use before that starts happening. I bought another one a month ago and right out of the box - USING ONLY OLIVE OIL (no Pam spray) - my omelette stuck. I know the way I make my omelette is tough on the pan. First I sauté mushrooms and chopped onions on medium low heat, then I add over a cup of frozen chopped spinach and heat that through. I think this step really messes with the ability of the pan to remain non-stick. Then I add egg whites. Let it firm up and lift the sides to cook more of the runny eggs. Top Tier Frying Pan

All I can say is WOW. I've used many different pans for a variety of cooking over the years, and out of them all this pan claims the spot of my personal favorite. This pan is great for cooking many different types of food. The flat bottom with the flared sides is one of the many features that makes this pan perfect for making almost anything you can think of. Pouring is simply and doesn't spill like many pans due to the fabulous design. Thanks to the 5-ply alternating stainless steel layers this product heats evenly and is good about preventing annoying hotspots. It's even oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit! The handle is comfortable and also heat resistant which is a huge plus! The nonstick feature is helpful too. All in all I would rate this item a 10 out of ... MoreAll I can say is WOW. Very expansive but not lasting
23 August 2022

My entire cookware is all-clad. I have been using all-clad for many years and I am very displeased with the quality of the nonstick fry pans. I own 5 fry pans. The non stick layer on my 10 inch non stick fry pan is not functioning anymore. I have been using it infrequently for only a few years. I follow the cleaning requirements. The price of new fry pan is very high and in my opinion way too high for a piece of cookware that breaks/ wears off after 2-3 years.

As others have stated, the non stick coating does not hold up. I live alone and am very careful with my cookware, especially non stick. The pan needs to be tossed. Do not waste your money. I am happy with the d5 stainless set I purchased at the same time. That being said did not plan on throwing money away on an expensive non stick pan. I don't think I will bother to contact AllClad as others have stated, it is a fruitless endeavor. Do not buy this pan.
