The non-stick surface is great but the handle feels very uncomfortable to hold, especially when full. The shape and contour is poorly done as the upper part uncomfortably digs into the hand as it’s held. My older calphlon set was much more comfortable to hold. Perhaps not a major complaint but it does take away from the user experience for a rather simple fix.

These nonstick pans are everything I expected from All-Clad. From stovetop into oven I get perfect meals. I don’t have to worry about hash browns or chopped veggies flying out of my skillet when I turn them (a pet peeve of mine). The skillet is deep. I even gave the food a flip. I’m still working on that. The sauté pans is perfect for searing beef then tossing in some veggies, potatoes and sliding it into the oven. Presto, dinner! And the family thinks I’m a chef. The glass lid means I can check my food without releasing all the heat. The second handle on the sauté stabilizes the pan for lifting when the it’s full of food. The design is handsome, the handles shine! Clean up is a snap. There is no do down side. I love this set!
I should have bought these awhile ago but I thought my existing pans were doing just fine. Then I got these and realized what I had been missing--sooo nonstick and super easy to clean. Just the right weight. I wish the deeper pan was a couple inches bigger but that's on me and my choices.
Got these pans after many suggestions from lady friends I know. Virtually all of the ladys suggested All Clad.
Absolutely LOVE that the lid fits both pans. I've been apprehensive about buying non-stick, but have read so many reviews about this particular type, that I decided to give it go. I couldn't be more pleased. Cooking oil-free is such a joy and the clean-up is virtually painless. I'm hoping to get many years out of these pans!
Purchased to replace a 20 year old All-Clad fry pan whose non-stick surface had finally given up the ghost. Good size and quality high sided frying pan. Nice weight - solid but not too heavy. Working out just fine!
These are a great set of pans without the concern of flaking particles from failing nonstick pans of the past. The pans are well designed for sautéing dinners and the higher sides allow for piling on the kale and spinach! I love these.
I already have All Clad stainless, but I needed a few non-stick pans as well. These cook just like the stainless without food sticking to the bottom. Can use high heat on these.
