The gloves are ok but are let down by a few issues. The cuff is too narrow to comfortably fit over a jacket due to the battery and the electronics. The button location makes it impossible to wear the gloves under the jacket's cuff (not an issue for me as I always wear gauntlet gloves over the jacket). There is no way to deactivate the automatic on feature when putting on the gloves. There is a toggle in the app that should deactivate it but it is not working. Finally the only way to check the remaining battery life is through the app which again is not working properly. I contacted Alpinestars support about the app but I got no response.

This is the first time I bought a AS Product that is really, really bad. I don't know why they where thinking when designed these gloves:The app:9/10 times won't connect to the gloves and if they connect there is no benefit of having the app connected to it.They don't really get warm: Once the temp is below 36, even on the highest setting they still will not keep your fingers comfortable. The batteries:I of course understand they can't last more than 2.5-3hrs, but why do they need to charge almost 4?The quality: this is the second season I use them. The left glove doesn't get warm anymore, the right one will sometimes just flash (means some sort of error) and needs to be reset.Overall:At this price point I expect that a glove keeps me comfortable until 40F, ... MoreThis is the first time I bought a AS Product that is really, really bad. And that they don't brake within 1 year.

Heated gloves ? I don't think so . HT7 heated gloves are miss as the heating side of things is non existent. I can't tell any difference on the few times I have felt a little warmth between the highest & lowest levels & the app is a gimmick , loosing connectivity with the gloves & switching the right hand glove off . Yes , they look a nice pair of gloves & will probably be good in their own right as winter gloves as they are 100% waterproof ( According to the description on the label ) & look to be well made after all, they are alpinestars. For heated gloves that cost me over 300 , I really expected more .

The gloves look good but this is my second pair that I've ordered and I cannot connect the gloves to my app. I called alpinstars with this issue and they said the tech team that deals with heated gear is out of Italy and there's nothing they can do. Seems incompetent for Alpinestars, a multimillion dollar company , not to have a working app. 2nd pair guys and doesn't work. A 500.00 (w/tax)glove that doesn't work. Really ??
These gloves are supposed to come with an APP that controls the temperature and that you can adjust on the dime. I spoke with Alpinestar and there is no APP available for these gloves and they do not know when it will be available. For a product this expensive the APP should be available.
This glove is supposed to come with an app that you can control the temperature of the glove on your phone. There is no app available at this time and I called Alpinestar to find out when the app would be available. They told me they do not know when the app will be available. For the price and reputation of this company this is very disappointing. I will not be purchasing anymore products from this company.
Ok let me first start by saying these are probably the best winter gloves I have ever worn! But when you are talking about heated gloves?. They absolutely stink! They don?t get hot at all. My fly racing heated gloves get way hotter than these. So for $450 they need to step up the warmth a lot. Total letdown!
Simply Amazing, first morning around 30 degrees, no more cold finger tips. Super comfortable, fits according to other Alpinestars in which i wear 2xl. Paired easily to app. The only issue I would say is the price and there may be better options depending on budget, but I'm definitely going to be keeping these.
Haven't ridden with these yet but paired them to the app and I'm impressed with the setup. They're really comfortable and heat up really quickly. Only downside is the app says with the batteries fully charged on medium will last only 3 hours.. have to do some research into how to extend battery life for longer rides. Other than that they are pretty good. Also the app works great.. I'm a M in the GP Pro R3 gloves and the Medium in this fits also just as snug.
These are not worth the money for a number of reasons. The app sucks and i hav3e trouble syncing its hit or miss.Battery life seems really poor on fully charge on low setting it says i will only get 1 hour.Sizing they run really really i have a pair of xl and i struggle to put them oni guess the fitting just isn't for me for what it's worth my hands are very wide.I find the battery tends to slide outThe pricing is a little ridiculousPros they are warm and offer great protection. When heating mode is off they still run very warmHeating mode is great when the app works i find it fine in the low setting. The overall quality is goodif your hands are slim or medium sized in width i think you would like them
