The innovative Tech 10 again sets another milestone in foot protection. For the completely redesigned unit, while maintaining the iconic design of the Tech 10, the development department focused on increasing protection, reducing weight (reducing the total weight by 400 g per pair of shoes) and reducing unnecessary mass of related material. The most important innovations in the new model are the front flexible foil in the instep parts, the new shape of the asymmetrical guide joint system and the redesigned sole shape with a heel protector designed with great emphasis on better shock absorption and increased heel fracture prevention. Each component of the original version has been thoroughly studied in terms of weight and volume reduction. The new ratchet buckle made of cold-forged aluminum alloy serves as an example for all of them. Combined with the use of the latest, of light and durable composite materials, the shoe as a whole is more aerodynamic. Since the 2021 model series, it has undergone further modifications in the form of a modified sole construction, which should ensure a more comfortable replacement of the central part with increased prevention of the need to change the entire sole. The main and middle sole also has a new material composition of the sole and the shape of the surface, which should, in combination with both details, ensure a better grip in all parts of the sole surface.
