Amazing Grace by Philosophy EDT 5ml for Women

I ordered a set of fragrance sprays from Philosophy’s website after having been introduced to Amazing Grace eau de perfume intense as a part of an Influenster campaign. After the campaign I went to the philosophy site to reorder the intense version and decided to try the original as well. The intense has become my new signature fragrance however the original is quite nice as well. The two fragrances are nothing alike, but both have subtle floral notes. Amazing Grace is lighter and more powdery. It is a very clean simple smell. It is super feminine and can work for both young and old women while the intense version feels younger juicier and more playful. A GREAT FRAGRANCE WITH LITTLE STAYING POWER!

This beautiful fragrance has been one of two fragrances that are my all-time favorites. However, as much as I love this fragrance, it does not stay fragrant for very long. It simply doesn’t have good staying power as it should for the price. I recently gave a four ounce bottle to a friend, and even though she loved the smell of it, the beautiful notes just didn’t stay with her either. Philosophy needs to step up to the plate and increase the intensity and longevity of this scent. Also, the body creams don’t hydrate as much as they should. My skin shows signs of extreme dryness by the end of the day. This is really disheartening after paying the price that’s demanded. A million times no.

Not a single person in my home could I pass this off to after I sniffed it once and immediately hated it. I kept it a few days hoping to change my mind and eventually decided I didn’t even want it next to my other perfumes. I could never wear this. This is was harsh, chemically, totally opposite of a “clean girl” scent in my opinion because those should smell fresh and inoffensive. My little sister usually takes any perfumes I don’t like or don’t wear often enough (she’s 12 and never picky) and she couldn’t even get on board with this. So disappointing!

Amazing Grace is AMAZING!

I have been using Philosophy Amazing Grace Eau de toilette Spray for over 5 years. It smells of Bergamot, light musk and light flowers. I am a daily wearer of Amazing Grace…If I don’t have it on I feel like I’m not completely dressed. I discovered this scent because a gal was wearing it and we were in an elevator! I’ve worn it ever since. I get complimented 70% of the time of “oh my gosh, you smell so good, what is that”? In the past, I’ve worn Shalimar, Opium, Dior & Chanel #5. This has been my favorite for more years than the others. I also have the hair/body shampoo, the body lotion and the 2oz perfume. Great for layering the scent! My picture is what I feel like after I’ve used my Amazing Grace products! Nordstrom shipping was amazing, as always!!!

Amazing Grace keeping our family connected

My mom was that woman who never left the house looking less than perfect from head to toe. She never tried it’s just who she is. She was also blessed with a high metabolism and a dislike for sweets or snacks. Me? Not so much. Yet she never made me feel different in any way. Exemplary Product

When I ordered this a few weeks ago, I'll admit my expectations weren't high. Not that I don't love and trust the philosophy brand, I most definitely do, it's just that past experience with other body spritzes haven't been that great. Well, this product has changed my views completely. I use it so much (several times a day) that I'm down almost half the bottle. In addition to actually delivering on its promise to moisturize, it leaves a subtle, gentle dose of scent on my skin that lasts for hours. Not as strong as a perfume, but that's what I like about it. My husband has repeatedly complimented me on both the smell and the feel of my skin after using it, so I know it's not just me - this stuff is magic. The only thing about it that I don;t like is that initially when you use it there's a strong scent like rubbing alcohol. It dissipates after a minute or so, so have a little faith. (Or grace.)

Fresh, Clean, Feminine Scent

I Love, LOVE Amazing Grace! It is a fresh, clean and very feminine scent. It is light, never overpowering and I always receive compliments about it when someone leans in….Drs, Dentists, Hair Stylists or anyone who hugs me.Amazing Grace does not have strong *sillage*Sillage is the French word for the perfume trail we leave. The heavier the sillage, the more likely I will get a headache. Fortunately & most importantly, I never get a Migraine from Amazing Grace. I’ve adored many other scents on other people but would often get a headache > then Migraine if I attempted to wear their fragrance.

I have been using this perfume for years and used to use a lot of Philosophy skin care products, too.I work in a hospital and love that I can spritz this on before I leave for work and it's understated enough that my patients don't complain but I also feel like I'm smelling fresh throughout the day.This fragrance is a classic from their line and its easy to see why. I'm not the best at figuring out different notes in fragrances, but this one is floral and has a hint of sweetness without being too sweet. I've been trying to move away from synthetic fragrances lately and use this sparingly, but I do really enjoy the smell and have bought a few bottles over the years. Wish it had a more clean formula, but that's to be expected with perfumes. AWESOME SMELL!! just works more like a body spray rather than a perfume. Wondering being a 3rd party, after ordering thru Walmarts site. This company may have rejects, or bootleg perfumes. (Just a thought, No Proof except product itself, against other high dollar locations, that sells same name product. smth NOT rt even with clear sticker, on bottom of bottles. NOT same as the 1 in Department store)Shouldn't make Walmart look bad, but their buyers!!! (employed by Walmart) Need to be aware, %26 make more effort to get facts, bout maker, employees, (that NOT sweat shop) ingredients, inners %26 outers of everything. Even though Walmart's reduced prices, for basically everything u can find on website. not so Amazing

As a long time Philosophy customer, the Amazing Grace line is my favorite scent. I purchased this item to wear for work because it is very subtle and as I work in healthcare, I cannot wear strong scents. I enjoy it when I apply it but I don't find the smell to last a full 12 hour shift. The Philosophy moisturizer scents last longer. I am relatively happy with this purchase but it won't be replacing my outside-of-work fragrances. I rank it low among other Philosophy products.
