I don’t know why so many people have issues with this dock. Yes, it’s expensive. The quality is top top notch. Actually I think for the price it’s fair. It could be $20 off and be a steal.I am using this to charge my two prime batteries which are incredible. Both charge full speed and fast. The best part is it supports USBC charging too and a USBA. Amazing for the night stand. I am traveling all over Europe and this is the only charger I carry. Supports 120/240 and just need your adapter for the other side and your set. I use it on the airplane too. Overall this thing is amazing. Don’t know why others don’t like it.

I've been fortunate to be one of the 1st to purchase Anker's prime Charging base along with the Compatible banks that are sold separately.This does function as a USB A and USB C Power Delivery or Fast Charger for compatible mobile devices etc. But where this device shines is in it's ability to Fast Charge Anker's compatible PowerBanks which you sit on top of the base where 3 magnetic charging points hold the bank and deliver's a charge.While charging you cant use the PowerBank, which means there is no "Passthrough" function where charging and powering other devices are supported. Maybe that's something a future release will bring...However, you can pick up and use the bank instantly as you would expect and use the Base's spare ports for other devices if needed.For ... I'm really impressed with the innovative design of this base charger. The additional ports for charging other items is really useful, especially since it sits on my desk. I use one of the ports to charge my laptop and the others for different items as needed. Was in the market for a multi usb charger for travel but this will substitute for that easily. Great product, works perfectly, thank you Anker!
I got this to go with my Anker Powerbank, which it docks with to charge. That functionality works really well and charges the Powerbank quickly. I do wish the screen on the dock did more than just show a white circle... it should show the status of charging for the included other charging ports (the Powerbank screen shows its own charging so no need there). Aside from that very happy with it for the price and for what I need it for.
I've been waiting for a non-knock-off version of this extra portable charger style that works with USB-C, and this has been worth the wait. I've never wanted to carry around a brick to charge my phone 4 times; one full charge is enough and I'd much rather it be small and light without the need for extra cables. This is under £20, works with my very thick box phone case, fast charge compatible with my S20 FE and has enough juice for a full charge. Add the brand reputation of Anker and a 2 year warranty and I have no need to look further.
This item works well. It charges my Anker Prime power banks (I have a 20K and 27K model and they both work), as well as charges using the USB ports on the side for other devices. The only thing that I had a problem with was charging the 27K from completely flat. I needed to charge it a bit using a USB cable before being able to place it on top, not sure if that is a short coming of the power bank or the dock. But highly recommend if you have an Anker Prime power bank.
I wanted this but it was the price that made me hesitant. This also chares some of the battery packs. It also charges my Microsoft Laptop and Samsung phone.It actually has some weight to it so seems to sit flat.I would say if this were sold for avoit $20 cheaper or half the price then that would be ideal to me. I just feel at this price point it probably should be able to charge the power bank, laptop, and fast charge the phone all at the same time. Or, have a couple more USB-A ports. It seems as thought it's just the minimum it needs to be, to be what it is.But in the end I seem to like it.
