Ever since I had my son, this iPad has been an absolute lifesaver to get him to stop crying. I used to say I’d never let my baby watch too much TV but when your child is having a screaming meltdown and your stuck somewhere, you will do anything to calm them down. We put on his favourite shows on Netflix or YouTube or use learning apps/games and it totally distracts him. Great for long car rides or waiting in waiting rooms with a cranky toddler. Not to mention I love having it readily available so that if my husband is using the main TV I can take the iPad and watch my shows up in bed if I want.... Show more

I've had a whole series of ipads over the years, and this is by far my favorite. Great performance. Beautiful, lifelike colors and resolution. Effortless synching (even cross-platform with Android phones and Windows desktops!) Substantial enough to feel well-made, but light enough to comfortably throw in a carry-on for travel. Terrific battery life and fast charging. Love everything about this! (And I use both Mac and Android products, so I'm pretty objective and hard to please!)... Show more

The tablet has good parental controls so nothing can be downloaded without permission and requests are sent to linked iPhones so we can approve them when we aren’t in the room or even the same house which is handy when child in someone else’s care. We use iMessage to stay in contact. I have two complaints; one is that it was wiped clean back to factory settings before being gifted but somehow comes up with the previous users info now and then as an autofill suggestion, luckily it’s just a family member and not a data protection concern from us in that respect, however this shouldn’t happen and it’s confusing as to why it does when it was fully reset. The second complaint is that multiple times when trying to log in to Apple ID with the tablet pin code (forgot the password) it refuses to acknowledge that the pin code is correct despite using it to log on to the tablet every day and can be really frustrating when trying to reset the password. Both those points lose a star for me.... Show more

So my daughter had and iPad over 5 years ago. First we invested in a drawing computer for her. If we did our research we would have just settled on her original iPad. As a beautiful young artist it devastated her when her iPad broke not even a week later because we didn't buy a cover. Well it paid off because now this Christmas she received the iPad Air 11 inch screen. She is showing me her artwork every day on this it was such a great purchase and even though her old iPad was broken we were still very impressed with the Apple brand. If you decide to get their basic iPad or all the way with the pro you will not be disappointed. I use a iPad at work, and also on my off time. 64 GB of storage is plenty for me, although truly hardcore users might want more than this. Props to them, but for most this is more than enough. Apps and games, at least the basic ones, really don’t take up too much space. The iPad is my favorite tablet, as it reminds me of my iPhone. Same interface and intuitive functions. The colors are vibrant. It’s unreal how the graphics measure up. Whether playing a game, or watching a video this is fantastic. Also I like the processor speed too. No buffering when connected to a excellent Wi-Fi, and the battery life is impeccable. It charges fast, and if you don’t use it, weeks of battery. Obviously with apps and games going, I’m finding 12 to 16 hours of use. I’m sure there are ... Yes as the picture shows, I fully recommend the otter box or other protective device. With this there have been some drops, but not one crack or any signs of the OS going nuts. If you have kids, this is wonderful, as the cloud also can help. Monitoring their usage is a cinch. Definitely a family friendly tablet. The interface works well for typing also.... Show more

The real bummer is this. It arrived with scratches all over the bottom half of the screen. I elected to not send it back because it worked so well and had a decent amount of battery left. I took pencil erasers to the screen and then put a quality glass screen saver on it. You can still see most of the scratches but they are not noticeable when the pad is turned on. I also bought a ipad 4 from dailySale. That one arrived like brand new but is almost unusable because it operates under a 32 bit system and not a 64 bit system. That means many of the apps written for apple will not work with the ipad 4 and even worse you can't address Apples own store on the internet. It won't load and a box appears from Apple saying you have to update the operating system. I chose to ... MoreThe real bummer is this. They happen often with all refurb companies with the exception of Apples own refurbs. I have found DailySale Customer Service to be excellent.... Show more

Excellent buy!
Great purchase! I bought two of them. The tempered glass screen protectors were already on the device as soon as I took them out of the box. The stylus and case were included as described. I changed the case because one of the devices was for children. The device itself works like a charm! I updated both iPads to the latest version and was good to go. I’ve been using the devices daily for a few weeks now without issue. Aesthetically there were no dents or scratches. A name that was lasered on the back of one iPad was covered up nicely. Most people tend to keep their devices in a case anyway so small imperfections won’t really be noticeable. Overall I rec recommend purchasing this iPad if you want an excellent deal on a quality device.... Show more

Great IPads!
I bought two of these for my kids during Covid homeschool to help with their work. Now, they use them for fun. They still work great and no major issues so far. I bought an iPad Air 2 with cellular refurbished for my two year old and it had issues within 90 days. So, i returned it and bought another one of these for my two year old. Glad I did. It has no issues and the picture quality is so much clearer. The two previous ones I bought came with a screen protector. The recent one I bought did not. All of them update to the latest Apple updates.... Show more

Moving Forward
Even though my First Order came and it was the Wrong Color, I ordered Gray and got Gold, the Return process was fairly easy. My Second aka Exchange Order was sent out, before you received the First Order back, which was much appreciated. With my I-Pad Air 1 aka First Generation, it was nearing its capacity as far as my I-Pad Storage, I only had 3 Games on it and my Faith's Website and that basically filled up the 16gb. When my mother and I went Costco, they offered two sizes, 16 and either 32gb or most likely 64gb, based on the salesperson and I's conversation at the time, I went with the 16gb, but should have gone with the larger capacity. Even though that was the case, I have had it for 81/2 years and it has worked well. I jumped up to the 64gb, because of the ... I jumped up to the 64gb, because of the potential to not have to worry about space. Now, I understand this 2nd Generation will accept downloads through Update 15, but 16 or higher, requires upgrade to the 3rd Generation. My goal was to get enough space, not spend $300 or more and still have a Model that still has the Physical Button at the one end, not the Digital Version. I also purchased 3-Finite I-Pad Covers from Amazon as well ( The First one ( Purple ), required me to cut pieces of the Package Stuffing, to fill in a little empty space. The Second one ( Black ), that was different from the First, fit the I-Pad Air 2 perfectly and had the Camera Hole on the other side. So I purchased another one ( Purple ), to fit the I-Pad Air 1, since both were the same size, they are both perfect. The First one ( Purple), will serve as a back up, depending on how the perfect fit ones wear. So despite getting the First one that was a little wide, my cost ( the I-Pad Air 2 / 64gb ) $199 + 3-Finite Covers, it made it $244. So again, Thanks for being there for those of us who do not want pay full price for the latest, but still have a solid tablet to last awhile, before having to jump up to the 3rd Generation. Have A Good Evening, TGIF and Weekend. Hope you and yours are being smart, by staying healthy and safe. Because we have rights, a right to live and right to die, I prefer to live. Wonderful product. Really Happy.
This product is really good and the price I bought it for was excellent. It is an old ipad tablet but it still works really well. It is running IPAD OS 15, all the apps work and the screen quality is really good. It also had cellular technology. So really pleased. All for 90 plus postage. It did have a small crack on the bottom right of the display but it was not affecting the actual screen at all. You wouldn't notice it unless you actively went look for it. The buyer did disclose this to me and true to his work the display is not affected. What is really strange is that a few years ago it would have cost me around 650 but now I got it for 90 Sometimes the newest technology is overpriced.... Show more
