I enjoy all Apple products. I currently have an iPhone 12 Mini in light green. As with all iPhones this runs on the iOS operating system. This version of the iPhone does not have the circle center button that some of the other versions and tablets have. The whole screen is touch. When I first got this phone, I really loved it! I can fit this phone in every wristlet that I own and in all my pant pockets, making it super convenient to keep on me. I have had this for about two years now and I am wanting a bigger version. I do a lot of watching videos, lives and movies and would prefer a bigger screen. Lately I’ve also been having a tough time typing properly as the phone is so tiny and my fat fingers seem to keep hitting the wrong buttons. Also the storage is only 64 ... The phone came in perfect condition and everything was working. But the battery was at 88%. Maybe I was expecting too much 😁. I was going to buy the iPhone 11 by apple, but when I saw the 12 mini was the same price in plug, I decided to go with 12 mini. I think plug should change the battery’s for excellent condition to brand news, and who knows even put the price a little bit higher… just my opinion. Definitely not scam, I was so scared, my whole family told me they were going to steal my credit card informations, but they didn’t lol, And I’m glad I didn’t had to block my card! Love plug and their summer box is incredible. Even gave me a sticker to cover personal info in the package! Loved it

Unfortunately, that’s only true when it’s considered that the overwhelming majority of people who are in possession of smartphones use them for what they should rather be utilizing desktop/laptop computers for and not constantly their mobile device. I easily & consistently get 48-60hrs device on-time from 100%-0% battery; I can increase that time to 72+hrs if I tried. Full disclosure: I have extremely limited social media presence relative to what’s typical these days. If that does not sound like you: consider getting a different device equipped with a larger battery that’s designed to better handle excessive demand. If you’d like my opinions/advice for increasing the already great battery life of your iPhone 12 Mini:1) turn OFF 5G (Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Options>Voice & Data) and only use when actually needed (if it’s even available in your area) to transmit very large amounts of data over cellular service very quickly;2) alter motion settings (Settings>Accessibility>Motion) like Reduce Motion: ON & Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions: OFF if suitable for you;3) turn OFF background app refresh (Settings>General>Background App Refresh) for ALL apps you don’t require to have their data refreshed frequently when they aren’t open and being actively used4) alter iCloud backup settings (Settings>*box with your name at very top of page*>iCloud) to backup only what you actually need backed up5) alter display & brightness settings (Settings>Display & Brightness) for “Dark” appearance, Night Shift: Sunrise to Sunset, & Auto-Lock: 30sec if suitable for you. Also, consider spending less time on your smart device to actually live life to the fullest and use your phone as mostly just a phone when needed.Other complaints I’ve heard:Touchscreen issues: I haven’t experienced any touchscreen issues (could be attributed to moisture on screen/improper screen protector install/icons on screen set too small by user which can be adjusted in Settings>Display & Brightness)Poor sound volume/quality: I find volume for both calls & media can be exceptionally loud (possibly wrong volume seeing attempting to be adjusted by user to fix because can adjust call speaker volume as well as media volume individually)Messages not received/sending; I use native iOS messaging and experience no such problems (maybe poor cellular or WiFi connection and possibly even the messaging app used itself by user)To sum my review up, my iPhone 12 Mini is the best mobile device I’ve ever owned.

I went from one of the largest Android phones, a Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G, to one of the smallest iOS devices, an iPhone 12 mini, because I'm a macOS user and being without the iOS/macOS integration was cumbersome. I also liked the small physical size of the iPhone 12 mini. I primarily use my phones for messaging, social media, and work (Outlook, Teams, etc.) when I'm out and about. If I'm home, I'll always grab a larger device instead (iPad, laptop, etc.) Obviously, these are very different phones. There are times I miss the comparatively massive display of the Note20, but it isn't like I can't do all of the same things just on a smaller screen with the iPhone 12 mini. The one thing that has surprised me about the iPhone 12 mini is the battery life. With my normal usage my Note20 would frequently have 75% battery remaining at the end of the day. On the iPhone 12 mini with similar usage I'm frequently at 70% battery remaining at the end of the day. Given the large difference in battery capacity between the two phones, that's very impressive to me and 100% worth it to have iOS/macOS integration at a relatively affordable price-point (for Apple ??) and a phone that is more comfortable to carry and use.
I started with iPhone 3. I upgraded from iPhone 7 to iPhone 12 mini and I miss the 7. No glitches, no heating issues, no battery drain, and no screen issues. I had to have my iPhone 12 mini replaced within the first 6 months because the screen kept getting stuck, phone overheating and other quirky things would happen. At the price difference between the 2 models and the amount of time apple has had to perfect their tech you would think a newer model would be better. Instead of apple trying to add all these features I wish they would just focus on perfecting the current features it has so they work without issues. Also it angers me to no end that they don’t do enough recalls for theirs issues. I miss the new every 2 program. Phones are way too expensive to keep ... MoreI started with iPhone 3. Overall I would not recommend this model. The image quality is terrible as well. I’m an avid apple user with my my entire family using iPhones, iPads and MacBook pros, but this model has actually made me ask myself if I should try out Samsung instead. That’s how bad this phone is.
Loved this phone for the first few weeks. It was all set up with Text, phone, and security camera sounds that alerted me when I had messages, etc. coming in. All of a sudden, the Text sounds stopped! After contacting Tech Support twice, and Chat once, the sounds for Text messages still didn't work consistently. So far, I have taken it to BestBuy twice to have the Geek Squad check it out. Each time they got it working. But as soon as I got home, it either stopped completely or only worked sporadically. I have another appointment with the Geek Squad tomorrow to try again. Right now, the only sounds I get are for the incoming phone calls. I want to get this phone replaced but haven't found out how to get hold of a real person.
