At first I was so hesitant about this product. How can a phone that is listed in such a great condition be at such a great price. Well honestly ITS TRUE. The phone is perfect. Aside from a slight scratch on the side which was probably done in shipping the phone is in perfect condition. The battery life was listed from the get go to be a fault. But honestly hasnât made a difference. Charges quick and still lasts near enough all day. The phone couldnât be any better considering the price which I believe is so unbelievably cheap and everyone who has seen my phone believes itâs brand new. No body believes itâs refurbished and why not go with it. COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE. You wonât regret it.

What a masterpiece. Itâs really mini, fits in your hand and feels light as a feather. Itâs a one-handed phone if you want it to be and itâs not nearing the size of an iPad. I am amazed at how a phone as powerful as this little thing can be so small and compact. It has the exact same features and speed as the larger 12, just with a smaller battery. The smaller battery size is noticeable, however itâs not bad and gets me through a full day of normal use. If youâre playing games and watching Netflix a few hours a day, youâll need power nearby. The OLED screen is stunning - the best Iâve experienced. It looks and works beautifully, responding well to every touch. The camera is super high quality. With iOS 14 this phone runs like a dream. Iâve used both Android and iOS, and can easily say that iOS is the most solidly built, user friendly and reliable OS (same for iPhones). Yes, it may not always have the newest features or have the latest craze built into it, but Apple seems to design things that they are confident they know will just work well and feel solidly built. I got the 128GB phone as in my opinion the 64GB is way too small for phones of today. I bought this on Amazon Renewed, the same for my previous 3 phones. Theyâve always arrived in âas newâ quality, not a single scratch. The 12 mini actually stated on the invoice that the condition was âNewâ and it seemed to be. Nothing wrong after a week of use. Pleased! If youâre looking for a smaller phone that has the same high quality features and tech as the larger iPhones, you will not be disappointed with this one. I love it!

JUNK! I did NOT have the setting to erase my iphone after 10 failed passcode attempts turned on and yet Apple locked me out of my own iphone that I paid for after approximately 20 attempts and ALL data was lost. I thought I could enter as many as I wanted since that setting wasn't turned "on". WHO IS APPLE TO LOCK ME OUT OF MY OWN PHONE? Apple had NO right to do that! I should be able to enter the wrong code a thousand times if I want to without Apple locking me out! They have no right to do that! Their "geniuses" couldn't do anything with it. I bought a 256 gb so I wouldn't have to pay for the cloud and therefore everything was lost! There are a lot of other problems as well. You would read a text and yet the iphone would show it as unread. You would get a voicemail notification on the home screen and when you open the phone app it doesn't show up til you close it out for a minute and reopen app. Any way, I'm going back to Samsung! I was much happier with Samsung. Like my sister said "with Apple you're just paying for the name".
I purchased the Pre-Owned iPhone 12 Mini 5G 128GB (Unlocked), light green. Itâs a great little phone so far. Data and content transfer from old 7plus was seamless, phone had no visible damage and looked new, charges fine and came with charger, shipping was as stated/expected, no issues with my existing att plan/sim. My only issue was that voice calls sounded distorted. Went to Best Buy Geek Squad & fortunately easy fix- tech basically cleaned out the âtackâ that built up on the speakers after running diagnostics and that did the trick. First used phone Iâve bought so had no idea this could be the issue. Kinda gross. Best Buy should really clean these things out BEFoRE they resell them. Sanitizing the outside is fine but when itâs someone elseâs old gunk and grime on the inside audio components, thatâs hard to know and itâs frankly a bit disgusting. Glad it was easily fixed and now voice calls sound good. 1 star off b/c Best Buy pre owned could do better with the cleaning process.
Overall I'm satisfied with this phone. I really like the smaller size - I can fit it into a front or back pant pocket and not have to carry it around (since I am a guy and don't have a purse or other place to put it). However, there are some features I miss from my Pixel phone. I switched to an iPhone because my Pixel 3 XL battery was swollen and I feared it would fail or the battery would explode during charging. Everyone else in my extended family has iPhones, so I figured having FaceTime and Find my Friends would be useful.I am most annoyed that I was paying $17 per month for what I thought was complete device protection, but the guy at the Verizon store said my situation was not covered. So my advice to Verizon customers is to save your money and not bother. ... MoreOverall I'm satisfied with this phone. So my advice to Verizon customers is to save your money and not bother. I have since cancelled device protection on the iPhone. I also find it annoying that this carries over when you get a new phone - it is tied to your number and not the device.Migrating apps and data was surprisingly straight-forward using the migration utility. But here are some things I am not fond of:The ability to arrange apps on the screens is surprisingly limited. If you group apps, the icons are so small that they are barely discernable. Hence, there is no easy way to organize your apps and the app library categories are not customizable. I had to create a spreadsheet to sort apps the way I wanted and then use the tedious " edit home screen" menu to drag the icons from screen to screen. I tried the reset menu but that just re-arranges the apps back to factory default. One would think that you could name the screens or override the default categories on the app library screen. Apple could make some really simple improvements that would make organizing apps way easier. Also, the "Swipe up to open" thing makes absolutely no sense if I have the face unlock feature set up. Android had a fingerprint reader n the back of the phone but does not require further interaction to open the phone. When highlighting text to edit or correct something, Android has a magnifier feature that makes positioning the cursor vary easy. The iPhone doesn't have it.Scrolling is surprisingly herky jerky on the iPhone - the Pixel was very smooth, scrolling on the iPhone is very rough. This may have to do with the refresh rate since the processors are generally on par.Perhaps most disconcerting is how often apps seem to hang - one gets the circle spinner quite frequently and nothing happens until you close the app and open it again. Surprised that this happens on the latest and greatest iPhone 12. Or, the apps just hang and none of the menus / selections work at all.Another feature lacking on the iPhone is the ability to "clear all" from the view of all the open apps. Really? I realize the operating system manages memory but I don't find having all of the previously opened apps to scroll through very useful. After about 10 or so the list becomes unmanageable. Please give us a "clear all" feature. I figured out that you can grab a bunch of 3 or 4 apps at a time to clear, but that' s a lot of unnecessary swipes. On the plus side, the Apple Watch I got is pretty amazing in the available apps and how elegantly it is integrated with the phone. I was using a Fitbit and I would say the Apple Watch is way more functional and can do the steps / sleep tracking pretty well once you find and install apps you like.I am particularly impressed with the ekg and sp02 measuring apps and how numerous apps can be integrated with the Health app.So, in summary, do I prefer the iPhone to a Pixel phone? Not really, they both have their pros and cons. For users who do not use a lot of apps or like to really personalize their phone, the iPhone maybe preferable since it is more straight forward than an Android phone. But for "power users," Android might be a bit more flexible / customizable. It took me forever to get the app screens set up the way I wanted and I just hope I don't have to do it again.
I'm not new to buying refurbished products but usually the product description and details match the quality of the product. This product clearly is stated as "works and looks like new" but when I received it, it was completely scuffed and chipped around all sides of the phone. Loved this phone for the first few weeks. It was all set up with Text, phone, and security camera sounds that alerted me when I had messages, etc. coming in. All of a sudden, the Text sounds stopped! After contacting Tech Support twice, and Chat once, the sounds for Text messages still didn't work consistently. So far, I have taken it to BestBuy twice to have the Geek Squad check it out. Each time they got it working. But as soon as I got home, it either stopped completely or only worked sporadically. I have another appointment with the Geek Squad tomorrow to try again. Right now, the only sounds I get are for the incoming phone calls. I want to get this phone replaced but haven't found out how to get hold of a real person. Upgraded early due to my Motorola playing up. Investing in something I expect to last a while and with iPhones normally being out of my budget this seemed a good option. I grew tired of large heavy bulky phones and wanted something compact yet capable. Screen is nice and clear and the iOS is rapid with plenty of updates ahead on the way for a few years.Battery is small as its a small phone but I expected that. It sees me through a day with general light use but heavy users will be reaching for a charger. Charges quickly with a decent power grade plug. Phone looks great, works great and the upgrade process done online via my O2 no issues. Phone body harks back to older iPhones such as the 5 with the more pronounced edges. Key pad is on the smaller side but not unmanageable being a guy with larger hands. If you want to get into the iPhone crowd on a budget this is a good choice and great if you want reliable, powerful yet compact. Just be aware of how much use you are likely to need as smaller phone does mean smaller battery.
This phone has left me speechless manđ©. I bought 2 years after it came out at AT&T brand new because apparently the mini series didnât sell well. People are legitimately sleeping on the 12 mini. This phone feels modern in 2023. It flies through iOS 16 like butter. The display has a higher pixel density then the 14 plus meaning the colors and pictures look absolutely đ©đ€đŒ. Itâs not to small nor to big it perfect. Not to mention the amazing pictures this thing takes. The battery isnât horrible but not great, itâs manageable. The cool factory on this phone makes up for the battery life. Glad I didnât have to sell an organ and buy the 13 pro or something đ€Ł this phone is better
