IPhone promax 13 is currently what I’m on. For me, you get what you expect with iPhone, security, and fun. My daughter and my husband got the same exact phone, at the same exact time as me, and they do not have this issue and never have. I don’t understand it. That is the only reason I even consider replacing my phone with another iPhone. Would I recommend it? No, I would not. There are thousands of people with my very same issue with this phone.

The quality of the device itself has improved massively over the years! I have dropped this phone more times than I would like to admit (sometimes without a case) and it is still in mint condition. 5 years ago if you dropped your phone the entire screen would instantly be shattered. I also appreciate the new charging blocks that allow me to charge my phone fully in less than half an hour. I have plenty of storage even with 17,000 + photos and countless documents and applications saved. It’s worth it, I would rather have an iPhone 7 than the newest android device.

The 14 and 15 pro max may be marginal upgrades but they are FAR from necessary when this exists. It will get the job done fast, be battery is godlike and it has a 120hz display. Personally the smaller notch is a better choice for me than the dynamic island. It has a SIM card as well too which the new phones do not. Realistically you shouldn’t be buying another iPhone besides this one, the phones have peaked and can’t possibly make a change to justify the price vs this which is about $500 now or less. Bought this to replace my 8 after 6 years because I didn't want to buy a brand new one. Overall not a bad buy, but out of the box, the screen brightness changes from very bright to very dull and dark without warning or cause. Annoying, but not the reason for the low rating. That comes from the phone going to SOS status (again, without warning or cause). I went through every troubleshooting trick I know, then called support at my carrier for help and they couldn't figure out what was wrong either. Told me to take it into a store, so I did. Looked at the internal network antenna, looked at the settings, looked at the eSIM situation. My phone really is in excellent condition. Looks brand new, and haven’t had any issues. I’m giving 4 stars because of the lack of transparency regarding the battery life. 88% battery health is apparently considered to be a like new battery to Best Buy standards. It does not state that anywhere in the product description, and when purchasing a refurbished phone, I expect a battery life of >95%. I will say, this seller was very responsive to my complaints and did give me a little discount for the battery. The phone was packaged well, and came with a new apple charger. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and recommend this seller. I would give it 5 stars if the battery information was available.

I got this iphone 13 pro max this morning, its a (Refurbished: Good) condition mentioned on the page.I was disappointed when i saw the packaging as i paid almost 600$ for it and the phone was put in an old plastic zip bag and saw a charging cable with it, which was very stiff, so not original or quality cable.Then when tried to turn on the iphone was not turning ON so have zero battery, and then started checking the phone condition which was not close to decent condition (good is far away from decent condition), i have attached the pictures here for these claims.The screen have scratches from the top to bottom not even a millimeter is spared and look bad when light is falling on it. This phone description stated it was unlocked or it was compatible with straight talk so we bought this for our 16 year old daughter for Christmas. We have YET been able to get it on the straight talk plan we’ve been on for a few years despite calling numerous times and talking to customer service who THEN says “corporate” will have to call us back. “Corporate” still hasn’t called and she still has to use her old phone. Honestly if you are looking to get a new phone the best way to go is unlocked phones . Best Buy offers great deals for a good phone. Unfortunately this iPhone I got wasn’t the best since it was previously owned it didn’t come with the original box nor the original charger. It came dirty/ almost died as well as the custom service to return the phone was horrible. I didn’t know that they charge a restock fee of $45 so please check everything before buying. Since it was an owned phone I knew it wasn’t going to be new but the way I got it was sad. It seemed they just took the phone back and put it in a box and left it alone . The battery life % was 100 as well as it was clean and like new. The service was easy to pick up and helped me quick.
