Unit works well and battery seems good. Amount of scratches and dings are a bit more than I thought would pass for Grade A. Will need to find glass protector and cover as phone did not come with these.

Phone came within the expected delivery dates, even during the "Covid delays". Phone is as described, great condition (looks news). Great phone! Excellent condition and looks lovely. The only problem i faced was the earphones. They sounded a little muffled when listening to music and/or videos. Besides that small problem, very pleased

The product did not work. The phone would not lock on to the network it kept "searching searching". I spent 3 to 4 hours with the Apple care center. They did all manner of diagnostics and could not fix the phone. I also went to Telstra for them check and that did not work. Have sent it back.
The Iphone I received is not good at all when I try to listen to music, watch videos, or do anything that uses earphones. Every time I slightly touch the end part of the earphones that is connected with the phone, voice control comes up and disrupts whatever I may be doing on my phone. To try to fix this problem, I used another set of earphones, but the same problem arose. Not too happy about it since I use my phone a lot for media. Also, I was very surprised by the quality of the power bank. Even when the power bank was fully charged, it only boosted my phones battery by approximately 25-30%, making it pretty useless. The fact that it only charged this much even when I turned off everything and put airplane mode on was very disappointing.
Considering the phone is old the battery doesnt have a problem. It lasts about 3/4 hours depending on the apps youre on. Its battery health is at 84% on my phone. It is great for the age.
