Quick backstory. So I’ve been hitting the gym for a few years and kicking back black coffee for a pre workout and gained little to no results… until my boy hooked me up with the plug (Bodybuilding warehouse), these guys mean business when it comes to fitness💪🏽. The ABE (All black everything) pre workout was another hype, it got me picking up the heavy ahh 50s’ and some pretty young thangs too. I would suggest the product above as it really has me training for at least two hours hitting a PR on a regular. If you’re serious about gains, dry scoop it or snort it off the kitchen counter!!

I speculated ordering this pre-workout for a while as I wasn’t sure how potent it was and I am very reactive to caffeine. However after purchasing it I was very satisfied with the buzz that it gave me during my workout and it helped me stay focused without a huge come down either. The pump that I also got from consuming was very good and I felt very comfortable taking it. In my opinion it is definitely the nicest tasting pre-workout I have taken after ordering the energy drink flavour and I would definitely recommend the purchase as I will do again.

Love this product. Always gets me energised, especially as I train at 5am. And the pump is so good! Sour apple is my favourite. Warning, you can get a bit of a tingly rash when first using so make sure you start with half a dose or less whilst you get used to it.
Pre is great. Taste is good, pump is immaculate and the energy it gives is crazy. I don’t know if it’s a individual response but this stuff gives me vascularity like really nothing else. Only thing holding it back from a 5* review is the mixability can be a bit inconsistent, otherwise, 9/10 pre.
First time trying ABE and pre workout in general. Within 10 minutes the tingles kicked in and wanted to scratch my face off! Luckily I knew what I might have been in for. I got the insane hot burning sensation from the B vitamin but ******* did I smash out the squats! Lasted for an hour. Had to go home and lie down. LOL. Here's hoping I build up a tolerance to the B Vitamin and don't get so hot.Bubblegum flavour was tasty.
For one, this is a great tasting pre-workout. I got the cherry cola flavour and it was very enjoyable in terms of taste. Focus and energy/endurance from this pre were very good on behalf of the high-ish stimulant dose and well dosed beta alanine. However my one and only complaint, Citrulline is dosed ineffectively and doesn't contribute to the pump side of this pre. It blows your f*#king face off!I've used a lot of pre-workouts over the past few decades and there's loads of worthy mentions that have done what they needed to, but this one leads the way, by a mile. As with any supplement, I cycle it to ensure my body doesn't get used to the effects but it's the only pre I use now and it's highly affordable.Blue Raz is my go-to, but Ice Blast is a flavour I think everyone needs to experience!!
This was the first pre W.O I bought, many years ago.. since then I’ve tried countless other products, including the more hardcore, expensive ones.. however I have returned to ABE Candy Ice Blast, as it gives me all of the positives with zero negatives - and is incredible value too.The niacin is a great mood booster for me, and the breathe easy formula in this flavour, really clears my head and gets me motivated, first thing in the morningHighly recommend this product and especially this flavour, as it’s got the breathe easy added to it
Everything you expect and more from abe. Personally i dnt like the tingles or intense stim just that extra push. I used 6am to 6pm sessions. Same result. No crash, no problem sleeping.Solid 9/10Taste is 10/10
