After looking online for something to give me some pep while working out, I came across ABE Pre-workout and decided to give it a try. As my first ever pre-workout, the effects hit me like a train straight away. I was literally vibrating with energy and it doubled the amount I was able to accomplish on the exercise bike I use while watching TV. Be careful with this. As a connoisseur of the double scoop, this is to be avoided when taking Abe. Abe can be a great workout partner, but you must treat him with respect. He's always a bit aggressive when he turns up, nipping at your neck/back/face like a swarm of hornets, but if you let him get it out of his system, he is a loyal training partner. He often takes the driving seat, and chooses my exercises and weights, and I'm happy to ride shotgun. Be wary though, if you take more than a scoop, he can get nasty. His aggressiveness increases to the point where you might think about fighting him, and you will lose. The shadow realm is only a few steps away at this point, and Abe will send you there.

The only positive effect felt was intermittent skin tingles associated with many preworkout boosters but they soon faded. I even went as far as to offer the mother-in-law a serving who is partial to an energy drink (Disclaimer: I fully explained the intended affects of the drink and had her fully read the product label), which had absolutely no effect on her either. I recently seem to be working my way through the pre workout market, with ABE Cola flavour being my 5th different brand ordered. Flavour - It's like sour cola bottles, good taste and borderline genuinely enjoyable. Much better than the majority of the market. Although a little negative is that it froths up a bit too much compared to the others I've used. Hit - Almost there. Good caffeine content, enough to get you focussed and in the game (and wake you up at the crack of dawn). I don't quite get the same energy and beta alanine hit as I do from Optimum Nutrition during workout though. Very solid preworkout, would buy again, maybe even sample other flavours.

Within around 4 minutes of drinking I had shooting pains in my left side which within another 2 minutes my face and neck started to burn, like I was boiling from the inside out. This wasn't just a hot flush thing, my face and neck were on fire and bright bright red. My whole face swelled up and the skin tightened. The burning started to spread all through my body and my whole body broke out into a red rash that looked like hives. I had severe and painful pins and needles in my arms and legs, ankles, elbows, my toes and fingers went completely white with no circulation (my daughter thankfully was ... This amazing product is very super helpful in the gym. The focus will increase 300% and even more. You will challenge yourself in a smart way like correct training with pushing more weights without injuries. You will not touch your mobile phone until training finished by some how 😂. I usually complete my weight lifting workouts in 35-45 minutes (30 second rest max between sets so intense) but since using this, I still complete the same workout but at the end I want to keep lifting more. Now my workouts last 60-75 minutes and I can feel the difference the increased workout has had. This stuff is basically liquid electricity that really charges you up. I use it at 5.30pm-5.45pm, workout at 6.15pm, and sleep isn't affected (maybe because I'm training so much harder than normal which actually leaves me with a better sleep than ...
