I’ve purchased multiple of these in only a few years. You can guarantee it’ll begin leaking not long after the warranty runs out, aqua to go are aware of the fault and have said that the part that is causing the leak cannot be replaced, the whole unit needs replacing every time. Don’t waste your money
The dispenser doesn't cool water very much. It's more like cool water not cold water. If I knew this beforehand I wouldn't have purchased this product.
its a good size and energy efficient, the cold water is not super cold, so if you are looking for a sub 20 degree drink look somewhere else. if it is cool water from a unit that is a decent height (i.e. you dont need to put in on a benck to use then this is what you need
I’ve had several of these over the years and they all worked great. I purchased one last year and have had cooling and mould issues, unfortunately issues started two days after warranty ended so have no recourse.
Nice looking, very practical unit to operate but no instruction guide with it and need to wash it out as disinfectant taste lingers for about 5 litres. Otherwise use common sense when it arrives.
Luckily I had the receipt for the purchase of an Aqua water cooler. One of the levers broke and office works organised a replacement within 3 days. Good service
worked well until it hit 1 year old (out of warranty by a month) then stopped going cold. not worth it if they have to be replaced every year.
