Very nice and quite comfortable to walk on. Yes - there is a strong earthy smell at first - you will need to air it out for a day or two. It will also need quite a lot of vacuuming at first. After a few run overs with a strong vacuum, the shedding stops. These little inconveniences are worth the effort for this lovely runner. We bought two, and are very pleased. Might not have purchased if it was not on sale though. The cost is a bit precious from my perspective. I'm hoping the runners will last for many years.

I really like the appearance of this rug, and the quality is quite good for the price point. It suits my spotted gum timber floors, dark grey couch and navy blue walls well. My only dislike is that it has to be anchored in all 4 corners to reduce movement as it is not a sturdy rug. The underlay doesn't help all that well to keep it in place. Since moving it under my tv unit it has stayed more true to its shape but can still show a wavy edge. Overall though, I am happy with this purchase and delivery was very quick.

Great rug. Good quality. This is the second of the same rug that we have bought. It had a slight mark on it, probably from the manufacturing process. Iconic Rugs arranged for it to be collected up and send a replacement rug within the week. That’s good service.

Fantastic luxurious rug.Easy to vac and not alot of shedding.So lovely on your feet , its like a massage.I was so lucky to get this rug at half price.It goes with everything.It is a high pile but so easy to wipe clean and easier to vac than my carpet.Im so happy to finally bite the bullet and pay for a beautiful rug i will have forever.
Totally enjoyable, fuss-free and satisfying experience. After searching for 8 months for the ideal runner (4m length) and entrance hall rug I was pleased to find one online. I then hesitated as the drastically reduced price made me nervous the quality would be compromised!It wasn’t …. Great price , great product, great weight with wool and jute combo, great service… I only wish I had also purchased the non slip underlay that was recommended.I will definitely buy again.Many thanks
