Designed by the world-famous Drudi Design, the Arai RX-7V RSW motorcycle helmet represents the peak of Arai's experience and knowledge in helmet technology. The outer shell uses Arai's proprietary Peripheral Belt Complex Laminate Construction, as used in their F-1 technology. It dramatically increases shell strength without adding weight to the helmet - Arai has even developed a new resin to pursue a lightweight but robust shell. The shell shape itself was designed using Arai's Variable Axis System (VAR) to produce a rounder and smoother shell that gives the all-important 'glancing off' properties needed for better helmet performance real-world accidents. Ventilation is improved with new air ducts, an improved diffuser and integrated Air Channels, every section showing the attention to detail typical of Arai. Internally the Arai RX-7V has a multi-density EPS inner for impact absorption and features a 5mm 'peel-away layer on the temple crown and cheek pads for the rider to customise the perfect fit and positioning on their head. The inner Eco Pure, the hygienic liner is removable and washable, and the cheek pads now have an Emergency Release System (ERS), allowing them to slide out when the orange tabs on the pads are pulled. The RX-7V has a Double D retention system, removable nose guard and chin wind protectors, as you would expect from a top of the range Arai helmet. Available in a choice of colours, designs and replicas.
