I was really looking forward to receiving slippers. Last year I bought a size 8 (I normally wear 8 shoes) however the arch was uncomfortable and didn't fit to the curve of my foot so this year did the measurements and ordered a size 7 confident that they would fit perfectly. Well they do except the more I wear them the more my feet ache so I have now given up. Note, I wear arch support shoes all the time and they are usually very comfortable hence my surprise that these are so bad for my feet considering all the great revues that they continue to get.

Love the colour, soft to wear, arch support is good too, the only negative thing is that the lining over the insole stretches, bunches up under foot which can be uncomfortable. Also as the lining is sown into slipper body, can’t smooth out the bunching. Other than this, they are nice slippers. Service was easy and staff very helpful, especially when I made a mistake with my postcode and had to rectify quickly.

Found these to be very uncomfortable.Too wide so couldn’t tighten them enough to feel comfortable. So my foot slipped around inside slipper which caused pain in my already sore foot. Also the inner lining was not stuck down properly so I could feel it and it would almost come with my foot when I took them off.Certainly not what I thought I was getting. And because I trialed them, I can’t get a refund. What a waste of money.Very disappointed on so many levels.

The slippers are very warm & comfortable. I often have very cold feet & these warm them quickly. The arch support perfect, I have had to cease wearing flat slippers as my feet ache severely. I also have a pair on slip ons with the arch support from this brand which I love but need a full slipper for winter.
After years of wearing cosy but slab-footed fleece boots inside the house all winter, it is a joy to have some arch support and less plantar pain. Personally I can do without the Velcro tabs, and if I did need them I would want them on the instep or at least not so far around the outside that it took twisting and effort to do them up. The whole point of slippers is to be easy to slip on (clue is in the name). Haven’t need to wash them yet, but I am glad to know that it is possible. Soles are robust enough to cope with brief outside forays if it is not too wet or muddy.
These slippers are of a soft and snug fabric, but take a bit of getting used to wearing. The under sole support is good - and the reason I bought them. The slippers are not fitted and thus the hard arch support moves around quite a bit. The overall shape is 'boat like' and not much adjustment is available in the velcro side flap. You can't slide your foot in and out without having to flip out the heel part by hand. That said..if you wear slippers around for any length of time, the under sole support will be most welcome and save aching knees and hips....a benefit which for me outweighs the clunky appearance.
Extremely comfortable and supportive slippers.I bought the dark marl grey with light grey trim and they are attractive slippers, as well as being comfortable enough to wear around the house all day during Covid! Great arch support. Size runs true.
Ordered my first pair of sleepers from Brand House Direct but were a size too big. They sent a return form which was quick and easy to fill in then sent them back. Not a hassle, have now received my replacement and I love my new sleepers. Very comfortable and warm. They feel great, quality you can see it and the in-built arch give my feet stability and my arch pain is give whilst I wear them. 10/10 👍🏼
Ok SO I am a 40 and have always been but these are more like a 41 and if they don't fit you properly your foot won't sit in the right place to cope with the big lumpy thing they have inserted designed to sit under your arch (I think that's where it is supposed to sit) That thing is really hard and it hurts to walk in them. I ended up having to put on very thick socks to make up for the fact they are a size too big and to ensure my foot sits where it is supposed to yet I feel if I had sent them back and got a 39 they would have been too small so I didn't bother. Wearing thick socks does indeed ensure my foot sits where it is meant but it is still uncomfortable to wear because of this lumpy thing in the shoe and then wearing thick socks so the slippers fit is taking ... SO BEWARE of sizing!! it is wrong, if mine are anything to go by. Too, you have to bend down and put your foot in then secure the velcro. They are not designed to just slip your foot into like many other slippers, No big deal for most but for the elderly or incapacitated , it would be. They don't look anything worth the money they are charging they just look like more rubbish, hastily put together from a factory in China. They would be worth around $14 - $20 in my books, something you might expect to find in K Mart. Lack of quality. My advice DONT BUY or if you do ensure the size is 100% correct.
These slippers were way too wide for my feet and I don't have narrow feet, in fact I have bunions. But if you have trouble with not finding shoes wide enough, look no further than these slippers. The lining does not have a snug feel and is quite flat, so not what I was looking for in a slipper. Quality was excellent though. Unfortunately I did have to return for a different style.
